It’s funny how every time I come at night the drive thru register is broken but next shift it’s miraculously fixed. This is happened five times in the last couple months. It’s pathetic. Don’t apply for a job if you’re not willing To do it.

If I could give 0, or negative, stars for this location, I absolutely would. I've never had a good experience with the pharmacy, and have had medication shorted, and they said since I walked out the door with the medicine, that there was nothing they could do. I fought with the corporate office, and escalated it as high as possible, and the final resolution was that they would refund half the cost I paid for the prescription.Now, I'm being told my medicine is not available, when I called CVS Caremark directly, the pharmacy actually hung up on the agent I was on the line with after 25+ minutes of being on hold. Even the Caremark lady couldn't believe it. 15-ish minutes of holding later, and we finally got a person to answer. They said a 30 day supply, out of an original 90 day supply, would be ready in an hour. I'm here, after waiting 4 hours just in case, and it's now magically not in stock anymore. I've had it with this place, and highly recommend no one waste their precious time with this horrible location.

THE worst service I’ve ever seen at a CVS Pharmacy!! Shame on you CVSMy time is valuable, too.We need to stand up to these big corporations. They’re so greedy!!!Hire more people in the pharmacy.

This pharmacy never answers the phone good luck filling your prescription’s. I’ve watched them ignore the phone on three separate occasions I will film them ignoring the phone and send over the video to regional office director or to corporate to alert them to what’s going on here

This is the slowest and least professional cvs I've ever been to. Pharmacists and helpers are just plain rude. You may be on hold 30 minutes or more and to actually get a medication after it's called in I was told "maybe a couple hours." Hire more and better staff please!

Don’t make an appointment for vaccinations here. Always behind. Always 30 minutes or more late. Poor patient service. Pharmacy is just as bad. System is broken.

I found everything I was looking for at cvs. I had a problem with my credit card for the newMachines. They helped me at another machine and the card went through. Great customer service.

Had to get an Rx for my 2 year old here while we were visiting from out of town. I went inside rather than drive-thru. There was a very nice lady at the front who greeted me and told me where to find a few other items I needed. I was in and out with my Rx in less than 10 minutes. Great job staff!

I called like 3x to transfer my prescription and they said they will work on it until I run out of my medication they didn't do anything! So frustrating I've been trying to call them but no one answering their phone. Like more than 15min waiting on the phone they should do more better costumer service!!!it's because my insurance covered only at cvs that's why I am transferring but I am not so happy with this sore!!!!I

I can't believe that I can write a negative review of a drugstore, but lately, this particular CVS has provided customer service that varies wildly. One day we encounter rude, incompetent, and slow workers and ridiculously long lines. Other days, pharmacy staff is friendly and prompt. YMMV!

I would have said this cvs is a joke but in reality all cvs are terrible. First they said they dont have the medicine in stock even though my other pharmacy said this branch definitely had it and had called to confirm. After i refused to accept their incompetence they magically found my prescription. Please if anyone has recommendation for a better pharmacy chain let me know, i cant deal with cvs’s lack of actual pharmacy service.

I posted a review earlier about how the pharmacy manager treated me as if I was a junkie earlier and since then after my doctor has confirmed the validity of my prescriptions the pharmacist is now saying that I was rude and used abusive language and I just think it’s a shame that she has to lie about my behavior when it’s actually her behavior that’s in question . The fact that she’s saying that I acted out of order kind of makes me feel like I should give her something to talk about lol.

Tried to get a flu shot today with online appointment..made an appointment for my wife and myself. Couldn’t get a shot. Waited in line for 5-10 minutes to check in though we checked in online. After check in, the lady at desk told us to wait in aisle. We waited 25-30 minutes, and no one came to us. So, I waited in line again for 5-10 minutes, then now pharmacists at desk now said that our names are not on the system though we checked in. Then, she asked other lady who checked in us, and they both say the system doesnt have our names. The lady actually checked in us and seen me standing in aisle for 30 minutes.. is it normal just complaining about their system without a word of saying for apology to customers? There is no such customer service in this cvs pharmacy. Never coming back to this place.

Little kindness and smile can make another's day.Today, I ordered some photos from this CVS, Mr. Syril and Ali helped me to pick the best photos when I had some blurred photos.Long time ago, I have took photos for my passport from this CVS, other employees also nicely helped me to take better photos as well.Your little kindness made my day, thank you guys :)!

There’s a guy here in the pharmacy name Kevin super rude for no reason. All I wanted was my medication and he kept giving me attitude over and over and kept trying to talk to me like I’m d**** This guy needs to get fired I’ve never seen someone this rude for no reason. I hate coming to this place for any kind of medications. I hope management does something for once.
