The doctors are great, super friendly, and knowledgeable, making patients feel welcomed. Specific staff members are highlighted as the best, very helpful, and having great humour and gifted eyes for choosing perfect frames. The experience is great and outstanding, with patients having a great first time and repeat visits. They welcome all insurances and offer frames on sale. Patients highly recommend the place and will definitely be coming again.
Everything went smoothly and extremely well for my appointment. Dr. Tran was reassuring and kind, and the staff there explained everything well and ensured the frames I picked were a good fit for me. The wait time was understandable for my appointment too. A great experience!
