“While the sign at this strip mall says "Benjamin Moore", this paint store is owned & operated by Vienna Paint & Decorating, with several other locations around town. I have to say that the manager, Brian, and his assistant, Noel, provide the best customer service to everyone who walks in. I've observed them going above & beyond to help customers, whether with their questions, concerns, product information, color questions and even troubleshooting their projects at home. I've been here twice since the new year, and with the time it takes to have paint shaken, I know & I've seen that they've taken the time to expertly match paint color from other brands, make sure you purchase the right product, and basically answer any & all questions you have. The store is also clean & nicely organized with a really nice paint chip display. Highly recommend...!”
“Made an online order for a gallon of the paint my friend used in his home before selling. Picked up at this location and was in and out in 2 minutes. The only issue I have his is a-hole that almost smashed into my car turning into the parking lot and then the 2nd a-hole who sped up to block me from changing lanes right before my house. That's a high ratio of a-hole NOVA drivers in just a 5 minute drive.”

The paint is expensive, but it’s worth it- it’s just the most superior of all paints on the market. I love a paint store that is consistent and I’ve found that at Carter Paint- I drive an hour and pass several other Benjamin Moore stores on the way to this store. “Great staff! Mike especially is incredibly knowledgeable, professional,and very patient in answering the many questions l came up with. I literally brought 12 cans of paint from when my wife and l repainted our apartment 6 years ago, which were not labeled wet at all, and he was able to help me interpret what each color of paint was, what room it went into and created. Replacement paint, all in 30 minutes. I left great leaving the day and knew l had a solid plan and better organization for my next project. Very grateful and will definitely visit again in the future. I recommend it”

“I Called on Wednesday 9th June at 4pm and someone name ( i forgot) start with L seemed nice and he is so helpful.
I was at a different store and we couldn’t figure out what my builder use as a pain we couldn’t find the color city loft and I was going crazy… I thought I ll call because this location is closer to the community. L, he picked the phone and asked me to give my phone to the store assistant here at sherwin Williams in Vienna and L. gave him the code and I got a paint that hopefully will match.
I love the confident he showed and how he helped me or tried…so proactive next time I ll come to this store. I ll be painting the entire place sooner and this is the place I would go!”

“When painting your house, it's best to go with the professionals. The folks at Sherwin Williams are. Quality comes with a higher price tag to a degree, but so does the advice and guidance you'll find here. Am pleased to have bought my paints and supplies here, and it was my hardcore detailed contractor who got me here. He only works with top tier materials. I agree with his theory "anything house related get great quality." He's been in the business for years, and his reputation is sterling. I found the employees here very approachable. They heard out what I was going for, and let's just say they found the best green color I could even dream of. The bedroom and a storage room downstairs, look far better thanks to them. I'm very pleased to give them the highest rating here. All of the employees are exceptional, and their ideas along with suggestions, have helped me add value to the house.”
