He is professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is very rare in this day and age to find helpful salespeople who welcome you and appreciate you as a customer. Highly recommend this store for all your painting needs as well. The paint is a quality product - great color matching and coverage in one coat.”

“We were trying to match the ceiling paint of our new home and brought in the only sample we had--the access panel to our attic. Erick was amazing!!! He cleaned a section of the access panel, used the computer matching machine and within a few moments had perfectly matched our ceiling paint. The computer got close, but it was Erick's expertise that made a match so good it completely disappeared like magic upon drying. This young man treated my project like it mattered to him, all the while being kind to customers who came in and had to wait. He saved me a ton of money now that I was able to touch up my ceiling rather than have a complete repaint. Erick also gave me useful advice on how to properly touch up my ceiling and it's looks terrific! Oh, and they were safe. This was an awesome experience. Thanks, Erick!”

“While the sign at this strip mall says "Benjamin Moore", this paint store is owned & operated by Vienna Paint & Decorating, with several other locations around town. I have to say that the manager, Brian, and his assistant, Noel, provide the best customer service to everyone who walks in. I've observed them going above & beyond to help customers, whether with their questions, concerns, product information, color questions and even troubleshooting their projects at home. I've been here twice since the new year, and with the time it takes to have paint shaken, I know & I've seen that they've taken the time to expertly match paint color from other brands, make sure you purchase the right product, and basically answer any & all questions you have. The store is also clean & nicely organized with a really nice paint chip display. Highly recommend...!”
