“While the sign at this strip mall says "Benjamin Moore", this paint store is owned & operated by Vienna Paint & Decorating, with several other locations around town. I have to say that the manager, Brian, and his assistant, Noel, provide the best customer service to everyone who walks in. I've observed them going above & beyond to help customers, whether with their questions, concerns, product information, color questions and even troubleshooting their projects at home. I've been here twice since the new year, and with the time it takes to have paint shaken, I know & I've seen that they've taken the time to expertly match paint color from other brands, make sure you purchase the right product, and basically answer any & all questions you have. The store is also clean & nicely organized with a really nice paint chip display. Highly recommend...!”
“Great experience and always consisted with their customer service. After having a frustrating experience with the store on Main Street, I came directly to this store. As soon as I walk in they greeted me and quickly assisted me to pick the stain colors I was looking for. I initially came for 1 stain color and ended up buying 2 since the clerk was very accommodating and explained what the difference between the finishes. I appreciate her willingness to assist me and customer service! This is definitely the store I recommend. Thank you!”
“Kirsten is amazingly service-minded! She took significant time and care in helping get the best possible match to old exterior stain samples that had been exposed to the elements, direct sun and ground in grime over years. Outstanding!”
“As owner of Performance Painters I'm proud to say that Ramone is a friend for 20 years in the NOVA along with his family & staff. They have been a total asset for us!! Ramone has so much knowledge about Benjamin Moore paints and other specific products for all painting or staining needs. I was a dedicated shopper at his store and would travel miles away just to purchase from his store. I'm happy to see that my old roots from NY, Aboff's Paints is now here in VA!! It's my understanding that Ramone will still be a huge factor during the transition from the recent buy out. Good Luck the rest of the way and see you as always, picking your brain on future projects!!”
“I used to buy my car paint from that place in Falls Church, and little did I know that they were ripping me off with their prices and their terrible attitude until I found this place. These guys are professional, nice, and polite. Their price is fair and I would definitely go back to them and recommend them to anyone who needs car paint.”
“Mister Félix and team has always been very effective on time and productivity, great place and always great deals.
Ask and for sure they will put you on the right track for any concerns as a contractor or regular customer. Great product as always!”
“This paint store has top-of-the-line paint for the price that you pay for low grade paint at other paint stores.
Check them out I've been dealing with them for 50 years.

“We’ve had several paint projects both interior and exterior as part of home updates prior to selling and this store has been terrific. Taaj (Timothy) is so helpful and knowledgeable. He color matched several samples we brought in and nailed it on the finish, color, etc. Definitely a gem in the FFx city neighborhood.”
“The young salesperson with curly hair at this shop is truly amiable and helpful. His patient assistance makes customers feel warmly welcomed. I sincerely wish their business continued success.”
“Had to make a last minute run to pick up supplies to fix a painting issue with our home, Corey and Aaron were both fantastic from a customer service perspective.”

“I had a paint issue that turned into a multi-day ordeal—7 visits over 4 days—due to what was eventually diagnosed as a faulty machine at another McCormick Paints location. Each attempt made the results worse, and no one could initially identify the problem.
Once it was finally diagnosed, I was directed to either Chantilly or Woodbridge to resolve it. I chose Chantilly for my eighth trip.
That’s when I met Jefferson Vargas, Assistant Store Manager—and everything changed.
Jefferson immediately took ownership. His store didn't have the base paint in stock, but instead of passing the problem along by sending me to another store, he solved it.
Jefferson drove to the Woodbridge store before opening hours, returned in time to open his store at 7am, mixed everything perfectly, and then delivered the order to my home.
That level of accountability and customer service is unheard of today. He turned a frustrating experience into one of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had - I'm not exaggerating.
McCormick Paints is incredibly fortunate to have Jefferson Vargas—he sets the highest gold bar standard.”

“When painting your house, it's best to go with the professionals. The folks at Sherwin Williams are. Quality comes with a higher price tag to a degree, but so does the advice and guidance you'll find here. Am pleased to have bought my paints and supplies here, and it was my hardcore detailed contractor who got me here. He only works with top tier materials. I agree with his theory "anything house related get great quality." He's been in the business for years, and his reputation is sterling. I found the employees here very approachable. They heard out what I was going for, and let's just say they found the best green color I could even dream of. The bedroom and a storage room downstairs, look far better thanks to them. I'm very pleased to give them the highest rating here. All of the employees are exceptional, and their ideas along with suggestions, have helped me add value to the house.”
“They did a great job and spent much time color matching a difficult paint color. I way to say it was attempt 12 to get it right. I think their competitor would have done 1 attempt and sent me packing. Thank you employees at SW.”

“I had a great experience working with Luis at Sherwin-Williams. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional while assisting me with selecting the right type of paint and products for my kitchen island project.
He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I had what I needed. I also appreciated his attentiveness and follow-through in helping me set up my account. Excellent customer service from start to finish.”
