My friend Michael moved from Tuscon, AZ to Manassas and needed to upgrade his T-Mobile phone and we found a store in Centreville Sq, Centreville Virginia. Upon entering the store, you could feel how welcome you were. Brianne Wallace and Daniel Medrano greeted us with a smile and you could feel how happy Brianne was to be able to help my friend Michael. She skillfully assisted Michael in turning in his older phone for a new upgrade. It was also a great please to witness the true teamwork that was very evident between Brianne and Daniel. Brianne ensured that all my concerns and questions answered to my satisfaction. Highly recommend the T-Mobile store located in the Centreville Sq, Centerville, Virginia.

I visited to ask a few questions about international plans and the employee had no working knowledge of the business service she works for. Super lazy that she didn’t even bother to look up the plan options in the system or what type of monthly plan I’m currently registered for to begin with. Her solution was to “just call the T-Mobile Customer Service line instead” because she knew absolutely nothing. I went to the Fair Oaks location and the guy there knew the basic details of what T-Mobile covers in foreign countries. This location needs to improve employee knowledge-based trainings and drive motivation for employees to memorize the basics of T-Mobile service options. Why show up to work when you don’t bring your brain with you? lol

Had to stop in for a prepaid SIM and Fabricio provided top-notch, swift service. Everything was set up and good-to-go in about 10-15 minutes and he took the extra steps of making sure my receipt was attached to my contract and that I had my PIN and phone number handily notated. Thanks!

Outstanding service by "A.J."! He expertly transferred contacts, texts, more to Pixel6Pro from my LG G8 ThinQ (4G). Helped me next day to stop repeating No Internet Service messages. Turned off then on "Airline". I've done again since. 5G "strength" is much worse here than 4G was. Not satisfied with Pixel6Pro.

I'm a young boomer lol but technology is not my thing. The staff in this Centreville shop are outstanding! My old phone died and they walked me through every step and even set up the new phone in my car. Great experience!!! I have been with TMobile for 20 years. Never been with anyone else ... and I don't plan to!!

Nas and Austin were the best got in and out with a new phone all info, apps and messages were transferred in 55mins! I wish I did get a better phone but I was on a time and money budget. got what I needed thank you.

Thanks to Akbar's exceptional customer service, I left T-Mobile feeling happy and satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend T-Mobile to anyone looking for top-notch service and support, and I would especially recommend working with Akbar. He is an absolute asset to the company! I stopped by about a week ago on a Saturday first thing I have to say is the store smelled absolutely awful like mairjuanna. just some bunch of teenagers running this store and I had a terrible experience. The manager Austin was not helpful in any way and ignored all of my questions and was disrespectful when I spoke calmly trying to resolve an issue caused by the workers . I don’t understand how he has the leadership to run this business and how he considers himself a “manager.” Akbar was also not very helpful. The music consisted of loud rap and he ignored my request to turn it down. He was rude and did not know what the current deals were. Not exactly sure what his name was but he had curly hair and looked middle eastern. Be aware of him! Extremely unprofessional and did not know what he was talking about and seemed like he would get side tracked. He was the first person I spoke to in the shop and was extremely rude when I was trying to explain my issue. NEVER come to this store as they will not meet your needs while you pay high prices for their services. I will be switching to a different carrier. Keep out of this store and especially the store manager and the 2 young men. I will further my complaint to corporate and make sure further authority is aware of this

All I can say is AJ is heaven sent. I’ve been to 3 different t mobiles today trying to find a solution and decided to stop here last. Aj was precise and quick. Staff like this makes staying with T-Mobile worth it.

The nightmare continues. Angela at T-Mobile gave me false information about a promotion that the store manager agreed to give me credit but it requires the owner's approval. The manager sent 5 emails to the owner (joe schindelholz) but no response! So I followed up with 2 emails also but no response!! I called T-Mobile corporate and they are saying there's not much they can do since the store is privately owned (not corporate) but I can still file a complaint with T-Mobile. Avoid this store and store(s) owned by joe schindelholz!!! Oh, and any response from your reviews by the owner/manager/associates is just a ploy to look like they care but they don't respond when you reply to their requests. I'm just waiting to go back to Verizon. Zero (0) stars.

The manager (austin) at the store is something. You ask him a simple question, he starts talking and does not appear to know when to stop. And he appears to be just reading a script saying stuff that does not help and stating the obvious. A real jerk.
