The worst staff I have ever encountered not only at a Subway , but any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude and definitely will not be returning.. I’ll be spreading the word about this place for sure ! ?

The male employee with dirty beard, had food all over it. Was the rudest person I have ever met . I feel like he was judging me, treated me with no respect or even friendly to my group. I feel bad for the the upper management who rely on good employees. This guy is not one, I will never come back and will spread the word that this place is judgemental.

I went against my better judgement and ordered online and they messed up my order. So Listen to what everyone is saying about them messing up orders. I ordered two sandwiches and they switched the breads up for each sandwich. I asked for extra stuff and they did not give it to me. The food was cold and it the bread tasted funny.

This is probably the most consistent Subway in the area. We have only had one issue here with our food in a few visits, and it was nothing major.Definitely better than the one just off of Westfields

Don’t waste your time it trying this location. Went is side to get some food at lunch time and there was no one in the front. I waited about 5 mins and then saw someone working in the back. Said hello to try to get there attention just to let them know I was there and got no response. Waited a few minutes more then just decided to leave. Going to another location and recommend doing the same.

I order from here frequently. (Whenever my husband gets a craving; 2-3 times a month)They NEVER get my order right. It is 100% of the time incorrect. It's rarely toasted even though I always ask for toasted. It NEVER (literally have never gotten this right) has the correct type of cheese. And several times they have thrown banana peppers on it. For fun? ??

This location does not honor Subways coupons. They ask if you have a coupon then tell you that you cannot order anything off the new menu. The coupon flyer shows the new menu. Since this store is a franchise it may be that the owner has decided that they don't want to accept Subway coupons anymore. I will try a different location or a different sandwich shop.I had a Get Two Footlongs for $12.99.I requested 2 footlong Subway Clubs.I was told I could not order those but would have to choose from a few less expensive meats.To be fair as I rarely give 1 star reviews the coupons fine print states redeemable at participating restaurants.Apparently this location is not one of those.

We were group of 5 for chicken teriyaki there on Saturday. We order 3 foot long. While we asked if they have any sauce, the employee named TULASI was too MEAN. Soo rude. She needs to get FIRED. She needs to learn to be polite to the customer. Go school and learn something. This is America everyone deserves respect here.

Fast. There's always a 2 minute wait time as they serve the customer before us. Busy place. They're not that generous with their sauces. They might run out bread choices towards the end of the night.

We were looking forward to our meals but unfortunately it was a disaster. We ordered online and picked up inside. Gave it a two star because the only thing that was good was the time our subs were ready, otherwise it would have been a one star. The staff was not welcoming at all. As soon as I walked in, no greeting so I just stood there by the rack that had online orders, I'm presuming. The lady that was packing the sandwiches just handed the bag to me, not asking for my name or what I had ordered. Since I ordered 6 subs, I figured I got the right bag. So two out of the six subs completely wrong. Ordered turkey/ham with olives, lettuce, tomatoes etc and we got was like 3 slices of turkey, no ham in sight and like a pound of olives...it was overloaded with olives. Barely any lettuce and maybe 1 slice of tomato. The other was subway club, which should have turkey, roast beef, ham and the veggies we picked. We'll again maybe couple of slices of turkey, looked like one slice of roast beef and no hint of ham. The veggies on the sub was inadequate. I guess if you don't ask for extra veggies, they barely put any. Not the Subway I remember.

Went there and told her I wanted the cold cut sandwich & she asked me what it had in it like I work there..? Got sub at 6/7pm on a Wednesday for my husband .Thursday 12:45pm We are currently at the hospital for very severe food poisoning from subway ! Tried calling and they don’t pick up … don’t recommend.

Don't order curbside from this restaurant. When you call to say you have arrived they don't answer the phone. When you go into the store their excuse is that the phone doesn't work. Horrible customer service.
