Mohammad was excellent doing our inspection and emissions. Fantastic service hospitality and kind especially being the last car of the day. I have been going to this shop every year for our inspections and I am always impressed by their level of professionalism and positive treatment of customers. Mohammad there is amazing and courteous always on top of it and finishes fast and accurate
I was never charged for anything extra and I have been going to them for at least the past 5 years
My husband and I go there we never had any issues and we were never charged for anything except for inspection $20 only everytime .I don't know why all these negative reviews that is totally misleading!

Do not take any service or inspection work to this shop. They are total scam artists. Not interested in helping the customer, only in making a buck. Stay away if you want to avoid the classic auto repair shop reputation of them trying scam you.

If zero stars could be given, I'd give that. DO NOT GET YOUR INSPECTION DONE HERE!! The inspection guy (the car booth on the left) is the rudest, dishonest, terrible man. How is this man still employed at this place??? Tried him 1 year, and then gave another chance. Despicable!!! Look at the reviews commenting over the past few years about him!! He's the only one doing the inspections. Sunoco should be ashamed of itself.

Please avoid this place for inspections. Like other reviewers have mentioned, they will try to find the smallest thing to fail you so you can pay for extra services. BOTH of my lights were working and do you know the guy that does the inspection tried to fail me because one of my lights were slightly brighter than the other?????? Both of them were working just fine!!! Like, this should be cited against this location.

I do not recommend their services, especially for inspections. They seem to be focused on finding any excuse to charge extra fees. Their customer service lacks professionalism, and they don't do a proper job, yet they still charge additional fees for no valid reason.
Please don't leave your car at the auto repair shop unattended. Stay with it because they might create a problem with your car themselves and then charge you a hefty amount to fix it. Be careful

I am 100% sure I selected the cheapest gas option (87) at pump 6 and it charged me for the most expensive (93).

Worst experience ? I went for safety inspection. I parked my car and walked up to the mechanic to ask if I can leave my car and pick it up later. The rude mechanic started yelling and went on saying: "do you know the meaning of line? Go sit in your car and come back when its your turn". Really? What a unprofessional business! People don't go for safety inspection everyday. Plus, there was no such line or signs that tell you about the line. I left the place and never going back there again.
