Walgreens Pharmacy is a conveniently located store with easy access and plenty of parking. The pharmacy offers extended hours, which many customers find immensely helpful. Staff members are often described as friendly, helpful, pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable, with some employees receiving particular praise for excellent service that can turn a customer's experience around.
However, the pharmacy is frequently very busy or appears understaffed. Customers report very long wait times during peak hours, both inside and at the drive-through, with similar delays when calling. The checkout line can also be long, as there is no self-checkout. Some customers have had disappointing experiences, including issues with insurance not being accepted. The general recommendation is to visit at odd times during the workday to avoid long waits.
The best pharmacy I've ever used. Excellent customer service by kind & efficient staff

I had a disappointing experience with Walgreens. They didn’t accept my father’s United Healthcare insurance for the COVID vaccine on two separate occasions. Additionally, I’ve had several other bad experiences with them. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Walgreens based on these issues.

The one cashier available seemed overwhelmed by the customers waiting for help in different stations, photos, cashier, and FedEx drop-offs. It looked like every other employee was taking a break other than that this store is conveniently located and easy to access. Plenty of parking available.
