Worst pharmacy, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I was given someone else’s prescription. They scratched someone else name off with black ink and gave it to me. Unacceptable. I’m disgusted by the lack of carelessness and laziness. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Worst Walgreens experience ever. My neighborhood Walgreens didn’t have my son’s prescription and it was sent to this one. Came three hours ago and they said it will take an hour to fill it. So I left and came back and they told me it’s still not ready even though my neighborhood Walgreens told me it was filled. Now they told me to wait 5-10 minutes, that was 30 minutes ago.

Worst wait ever. Waited in line for 30 min to be told they never got the prescription. Called the doctor. It was clearly sent in. Another 30 minute wait. Unorganized and need people working that can understand a birth date and name. If you're smart you'll use another pharmacy.

I give a 1 only because the scale does not go lower. A RX was called in two days ago. I went to pick it up this afternoon, only to be informed that they did not have the medicine and would have to order it. Why didn’t they order it two days ago??!! The med is insulin and is critical in preventing death. Their incompetence did not stop there, however. They told me to go to a different specific Walgreens that DID have the Medicine I needed. However, they changed the order in the system to the brand name medicine which was 6 times the price of the generic, and the other Walgreens could not change it to the generic even though the original RX was for generic. The tech called them, of course they did not answer the phone. I had to call the dr and have a new RX called in.I am beyond livid. This incompetence should not be allowed or tolerated.

The Pharmacy is unbelievably poorly run. My doctor called four times to submit a script and he was hung up on three times. I called later to simply ask if it was OK for my husband to pick up my script for me. I was hung up on all four times. Weekday, 10am. I'd go back to CVS but Blue Cross only will work Walgreens.

Had an 11:45 am appointment for a vaccination. Waited an hour past the appointment time. Walgreens should be able to do better than that for scheduled appointments.

Horrible customer service, especially the lady who works or helps at the FedEx stand (Ann). Some employees need training on customer service right away or they will keep losing customers.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 4 years and it has gone down hill. It is slow and incompetently run. Long waits in line and on the phone. Can't get their act together. Taking my business elsewhere. The rest of the store is well run and stocked. The employees are friendly and very professional. Go there for a variety of products. The store itself deserves 4 stars the pharmacy requires some fixing.

This place used to be great. Now it's barely one star. Prescriptions take forever to be filled, and if you point out a mistake they've made, they either blame you or make excuses. The store is fine. The pharmacy used to be my go to. I switched all my meds from another big name pharmacy here a few years ago due to this location being more convenient. At first it was fine. Over the last 18 months it's become a nightmare. It's a fiasco anytime I get a prescription filled. And God forbid I have to call for any reason, I'll be on hold a minimum of 15 minutes and when I finally speak to someone there's a 75% chance they'll be rude.

Why is this pharmacy so terrible? It takes an hour to get thru to the phone line. Persciptions are never ready when told so. I really dislike this spot and ready to change my location. Service is just so terrible!

I visited here to get vaccination for Flu, MMR, Hepatitis A&B, Tdap at evening on 03/24 and arranged another appointment to get Chickenpox.A pharmacist (or doctor) came out said that they didn't have flu shot in stock. Plus, she said she didn't want to give me three shots at once because one of them is live vaccine and I can get a shock. Far this point, it was understandable, so I explained her that I am going to get Chickenpox in the following day and asked her opinion for what I should get today and what I can get in the next day.However, she just let me choose what shot I wanted to get. So, I- who have no knowledge in vaccination or medical area, chose MMR and Tdap. At that time, she did not explained that I should get MMR and Chickenpox on the same date. And, she did not explain that I should wait 28 days if I do not take those on the same date! If she has an appropriate professionalism, she was supposed to warn me that I cannot get chickenpox vaccination in the following date if I get MMR vaccination on that date.I heard this fact from other pharmacist (or doctor) today when I stopped by here to get Hepatitis A&B and Chickenpox shot. I ended up just getting Hepatitis A&B only as they cannot give Chickenpox shot per their regulation.I was getting vaccination shots because of my immigration process, and I wasted my 28 days of immigration process thanks to her.

I have been going to this Walgreens for the past eight years and I have been very understanding of the demand for the needs from the pharmacy has increased two fold since COVID. I do find that the run around that I have been experiencing the last six months just to get an Rx filled is quite unacceptable. My PCM sends in my Rxs every quarter but I have noticed how Walgreens (Lee Hwy) continuously looses my monthly Rxs even when I ask them to look back on a particular date that I know it was remitted by my doctor. My Rxs are not being filled on time, orders are cancelled without my knowledge, I was told I needed to call in daily to see if they had the particular Rx in stock? I have tried to call and have waited on hold for 30+ min. When my call was finally picked up, before I could even say “hello” the person hung up on me! I immediately called back and was put at the bottom of the queue. If you go into the store, the techs and pharmacist will ignore you while you patiently wait in line even though there is no one waiting ahead or behind you. I have gone in numerous times when my calls were not answered and when I arrived in the store, there was no one waiting to be seen and I was blatantly ignored whereas other customers who later drove up to the drive thru window are immediately assisted?!?

The in-store experience is fine, but the pharmacy experience has gone down dramatically over the last 3 years and has become so consistently negative that I have to use neighboring CVS. See other customers critique for deeper explanation, all I can say is that I’ve had similar experiences to them, every time.

In the past couple months the pharmacy has been extremely slow. It’s hard to get refills in less than 24 hours. Prescriptions are late frequently and the wait to pay either inside or in the drive thru is ridiculous. I’ve waited sometime 45 minutes to pick up prescriptions inside, after they are ready. I started using shipping my prescriptions to avoid coming to this location.
