This is probably one of the worst branches in the area. Two tellers, and only 1 is competent. Several "managers" just standing around while the line gets longer and longer. If you value your time, don't come here. Luckily, there are Wells Fargo branches close by and within driving distance.

Generally good customer service at this location. Drive thru lines move quick enough plus they have one drive through ATM only and one machine outside the store. I've ordered foreign money through this location and it's been a smooth process.

I have been with Wells Forgo for around 6yrs, that are great with student loans. Just recently opened a checking account with them because the bank I originally had does not do business out here. I worked with Christopher through the whole process and he has been a tremendous help. Went in today to talk about consolidating my loans and once again Christopher had no problem helping me. Great customer service.

This bank won't let you cash their own checks, making up excuses that they have to call the person that wrote the check, I cash several checks with the same amount in other locations and with no problem. Rockville location had way better customer service. I told them that I wanted to open an account with them and they said no. Worst experience ever. Don't go there

Came in 5/31 to open a debit card because I was unhappy at BOFA, ended up opening a credit card as well. I specified that I wanted to have X address on file, but wanted my cards sent to Y address. Received my debit card 6/2, wondered where my credit card was, called WF 6/5 and found out the card was en route to X address. Somehow the business specialist did not understand that I wanted BOTH cards sent to Y address. I am unsure where that was lost and how that was not communicated. Credit card is now being canceled and I will have to wait another 5-7 business days for the credit card.

15 years bank with them with no problem until they want to charge me $85 check deposit fee that I never hear of. Call the 1800number no other banker can tell me why I have to pay this fee. At the end they say I have to talk to the branch manager about the issue, so basically manager in the office can charge you wherever he wants to.
