BEWARE PURCHASING A CAR FROM HERE. Purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Golf was told it was 65k miles in good condition. Not even a day after purchasing the car, I got a check engine light for the Mass Airflow Sensor and the Air injector bank one. Got it replaced by 19 auto group. 2 days after i got the car back, I received a check engine light for an EVAP Leak. After another 2 days, the car broke down and started to overheat because the alternator's pulley snapped off. Had a mechanic inspect the car just to tell me it is not worth fixing the car and it will not pass inspection. The engine was in bad condition and not taken care of. The chassis of the vehicle was completely rusted, as well as brake calipers and shocks. Spoke to the owner of 19 auto group so they can honor their contract in refunding me for selling me a car that is in unsafe condition and having "total failure of covered part to perform its function due solely to defect in workmanship, material or normal wear and tear". That car WAS NOT 65,000 miles due to the amount of rust and damage it had. If I find out that the odometer was tampered with, I WILL PRESS CHARGES AND HAVE YOUR DEALER LICENSE REVOKED. I will be filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and to the State Attorney General.

Spent more money trying to fix the pos car than I bough it for. Friendly staff but are set on getting rid of the shitty cars. Don't go here!

EJ went above and beyond in his service. I bought a 2005 Honda CRV (first car!!) at a great price and EJ took great care to make sure there were no issues. On a final inspection they discovered some problems with the break belt and rather than delay and add additional charges for the repair, EJ got to work immediately (even using most of his commission) to make the repairs within a few hours. I cannot recommend this dealer enough, this was an amazing experience!

Purchased a vehicle a little over a year ago. And today I am fed up! $48999 plus fees and taxes. Car had 30k miles on it. Seemed perfect. Within the first week of owning the car Audi determined the engine had been replaced, as my car is a 18’ model produced in 2017 and the engine is from a 2019. Which I was not made aware of by this shady dealer. Motor mounts where left loose as the repair was recently done, exhaust clamp was broken tons of stuff left loose broke or missing when I bought the car they even told me baby it for a few days “it’s been sitting awhile”. Water pump died within the first month, tires wore out within the first two months. Has had rear differential issues (awd issues) since I purchased and now it needs a new rear differential. They also knew about the engine being replaced as the auction/ dealer they purchased from last listed on the title had sent the car to auction due to it no longer running. So BUYER BEWARE, they will half repair a car just to turn a Profit.

Got a 2012 vw Jetta tdi with 92k miles on it, after a year of driving it needed $5000 dollars of repairs. It’s like they just cleared the codes before they sold it to me.

Bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey and was very pleased with my experience. Although the car did not pass MD inspection (just 2 simple fixes) Eddie and Tommy worked with me to get it to pass. They were very lovely people to work with and I am IN LOVE with my car. I appreciate the patience they had with me on my first car purchase.

Well let me see where I should start first
Rarely do I do written reviews.
I had been looking around the DMV for a porsche cayenne GTS or turbo for about 3 weeks test drove a few with the salesman in the car with me on the ride which i did not enjoy most of the time the salesperson puts the temp tag on and just gives me the keys that had not been the case on my last 4 or 5 drives until i protested on the last one..
But this isn't about me it's about the team at 19 Auto Group.
I called on a Tuesday to inquire about a porsche cayenne gts they had online EJ pick up I told him what I was looking for he answered all of my questions so I setup an appointment for Thursday well something came up I was not able to make it that day EJ said it was fine so we rescheduled for Saturday around 2pm.. when I arrived the car was out front EJ handed me the keys and said enjoy see you later it was amazing it was everything I'd hoped for the car had a few more miles than I wanted but EJ showed me the services they had performed on the car it was beautiful ? this wasn't my first porsche cayenne so I knew a little something about the suv EJ again answered all of my questions and concerns very knowledgeable and informative
I had no intentions on buying the car that day but I was so impressed by EJ I set down to make the deal the price was the price no add ones or hidden fees we did the deal that day and it was because of the amazing customer service and professionalism displayed by the 19 Auto Group.
A small group but by far the best!!! Go see them and ask for EJ he's the best!!!
