Ghetto. While the newest gas station in area, the pumps rarely work, the credit card payment is old, and just appears to be run by hackers.

I am writing to formally complain about an ongoing issue at the 7-Eleven gas station located at 25140 Loudoun County Pkwy, Chantilly, VA 20152. Every time I pump gas at this location, the pump fails to provide a receipt. I have addressed this issue multiple times with the manager, who has assured me that it would be resolved, but nothing has changed.
I purchase gas at this station every 3–4 days, and I should not have to go inside every time just to request a receipt that should be automatically printed at the pump. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. It appears that the station is not maintaining its equipment properly, and they are not addressing customer concerns as they should.
I request that your office investigate this matter and ensure that the gas station complies with the necessary regulations. Please let me know the next steps I can take to escalate this issue if needed.

Very disappointed been coming here since this place opened. 2 days ago 02-4-24 on Tuesday at 11:40pm came to fuel my car (pump 12) as soon I put the hoes inside the fuel tank and click . The pump line was broken and fuel went everywhere but my car . It was on my clothes , shoes , on the floor . Took $8;16 from my card called the guy to come out and see what happened and put a do not use the pump sign . After that I asked for my money first of all he couldn’t speak English and then all I understood is manager . So I have been calling the store for the past 2 days not ones anyone picked the phone to solve my issue . Horrible experience won’t come here again .

I’m not the person to give a negative review, but this place absolutely deserves it. In short, go to another gas station if you want your car to function afterwards or you want decent customer service.
I start by filling gas as normal when I notice the gas is filling up incredibly slowly. With cousin watching the car and pump, I go inside and tell the guy about this issue. I informed him in a polite manner but he responds saying “if you don’t like it please leave and go somewhere else and stop bothering me, I have customers to tend to.” I didn’t mind him saying this and excused his behavior for having a bad day. 10-20 minutes later (it was taking that long to fill up the gas) we were still waiting.
Now here’s the really messed up part - I noticed the pump started overflowing and I immediately unplugged it but gasoline was flowing everywhere. It got on my car, shoes and a lot on the ground. The woman next to me tried helping but it was no good. My cousin ran inside to inform this same guy (don’t have employee’s name) and the employee told my cousin “please stop bothering me, i’m in a rush now, this is your problem.” Eventually someone ran over and helped me and after this me and my cousin got in the car to go home.
I go out onto the intersection on parkway and immediately the car starts violently shaking and the car gave a warning saying “engine failure, check now” or something along those lines all because the gas pump didn’t automatically stop filling gas. Maybe this was my bad for not monitoring it closely enough, but as does any gas pump atleast all that i’ve been to, it should stop automatically.
Long story short we called my dad and he said we should go back and talk with the guy behind the counter about what happened and confront him for not helping, even when being informed. Immediately, the guy recognized my face and my cousins’ and got extremely hostile and started yelling and shouting. everyone at this store was looking at us at this point and the employee said to my dad “your kids can’t fill up gas, that isn’t my problem, I have customers to tend to now get the hell out of my face.” The employee then proceeded to point to me specifically and insult me unnecessarily raising his voice. Keep in mind I hadn’t said a word to him, nor had my cousin, only my dad asked “sir what is your store policy when an incident like this happens, and why didn’t you try to help after being informed of the situation with gasoline flowing everywhere.” We then asked for a refund for the gas that was overfilled in our car and the employee and his friend (who unnecessarily budded into this conservation) proceeded to say “i can’t help you get the hell out.” along with plenty of colorful insults on his end. The employee gave me a death stare and proceeded to curse me out multiple times after I simply said said “I fill up gas here all the time, I know how to use these pumps.” Keep in mind I just turned 20 and he was a 50-60 year old shouting his head off at paying customers who were trying to be nice.
In the end we left the store (along with him and his friend throwing more insults at me and my family). This was by far the worst experience in any store, ever. whoever this guy is deserves to be reprimanded and face consequences for insulting paying customers who not only informed him of the issue, but confronted him in a polite manner. I will never be coming back to this gas station again. If you live in south riding go anywhere else, this town is filled with gas stations.
To the one employee who proceeded to be the biggest jack*ss I’ve ever come across in my life (including my time in K-12 public school), I really hope you change your ways. Not sure if you own the place or you’re an employee, but either way you need to learn to talk to people politely. I’ve seen other reviews and it seems like some people might have had interactions with you too. If i could give this a negative star rating I would. Btw, our car was unusable fo

Poor customer service. They are the rudest and try to price gauge you. Usually don't post reviews but this place has got to close or do a full rehire of all the staff.

The woman working the register in the early afternoon hours yesterday Saturday 8/26/23 was so rude, and getting smart with me. She deserves to be reprimanded immediately and needs a customer service class, what a nasty lady. She had a pony tail and she was indian or Spanish, wow what a way to treat customers. Way to go 711, it's a shame all the money I spend in your store to benefit you all. For what,to be treated in such a hateful manner?
