The woman working the register in the early afternoon hours yesterday Saturday 8/26/23 was so rude, and getting smart with me. She deserves to be reprimanded immediately and needs a customer service class, what a nasty lady. She had a pony tail and she was indian or Spanish, wow what a way to treat customers. Way to go 711, it's a shame all the money I spend in your store to benefit you all. For what,to be treated in such a hateful manner?

I’ve had good and bad experiences here, however my main issue is that this 7/11 is shown to have a citizens bank atm, but they don’t.

The cashier martetah the Spanish lady very rude has 0 costumer services, I went in last night to purchase couple things and she was speaking in Spanish I told her I don’t speak Spanish but she continue to speak Spanish, she was rushing me while I try to give her my number for the reward, she start walk away while didn’t even offer me bag for item I purchase, when I told her can I have bag, she said you have to pay for the bag, I told her she didn’t even said do you need a bag, she had bad attitude and start argue with me in Spanish and probably cursing me out. I come to this location all the time, if that’s kinda staff working in this location than I’ll take my business to different locations. She need to be apprehended and train again how to treat costumers.

Bathroom atrocious. Put a hot dog with 2 taquitos for the deal. Well after being told I put an item in the bag she saw me do it and her snide comments to the other worker. See this is what they do!! Who is they? I asked her and she said you we don't have the skinny hot dogs. Good for you. Accuse me of lying and attempting to steal.I'm in there every day buying food and filling our work trucks. Not any more. Teach theese mouthy employees some customer service. Love the manager to reach out so I can tell him who I am and the buisness they lost.

I work with Amazon and I went to this location to grab pizza and a large fountain drink. Everything was okay. I checked out (no customer satisfaction by the way) . I then began my meal and sat out in front of the store while I took my break. Once I finished my pizza. I went back into the store for a refill. I believe it was the owners daughter began to raise her voice and yell at me ,persisting that I already got a refill and am trying to get something for free! She was TOTALLY out of line and continued to yell and talk over me. So I paid for a refill that I haven't even filled my cup back up for yet. And she is CONTINUING saying that I already got a refill and I'm lying and I tried to bring my own cup to pay for a cheaper price. Ladies were so out of control and handled the situation so unprofessional. I will never be back because they treat the customers with no respect and they talk about people in their own language like we don't know. Overall save your time and energy. Stay away from this location -10/10 .

What a waste of time trying to pay contactless here, the crew guy didn't know how to communicate and just repeating same question like kid, plus this store contactless system doesn't work, what a coincidence the prices on the app are quite different from the store :(

Always something wrong with the pumps. Card reader broken last month, pump out of order last week, and today a pump rate of ~2gpm. Took almost 10 minutes to pump 20 gallons.

Air Pump is not working and they don't put the out or Order sign on it. So customers are wasting their time on broken air pump and getting $2.00 change multiple times on their credit card. When you tell the sales persons that I am spending half hour outside in front of your air Pump but Your pump is not working . Instead of saying sorry we will put Out of Order Sign on it, they will blame and insult the customers that took their sign. Mr. Owner When You put any equipment inside your business you are responsible of it. You are responsible of stealing of your customer money and wasting your customer time. Shut it down if it is not working. You didn't train your employees to say sorry when they hurt other people. I am going to stop shopping this location. I advise others to do so if they care their personality time and money. I felt I was in the robber's house.I am going to write a sign by myself and put it on your broken air pump. please do not remove it at least.

RUDEST 7-11By far the worst the 7-11 in the South Riding area. The staff are extremely rude and make comments about customers in another language thinking they won’t understand.Just like the day before, I wanted an Ice Cup (which is $0.25) today. And the employee working said that they are $0.75 and insisted that they don’t do $0.25 ice cups anymore.Just to check, I went to two other 7-elevens, the ones by the McDonald’s. Both charge $0.25 and the staff are sweet and kind.Seems that the owner/manager of this 7-Eleven simply doesn’t care about etiquette and company policy... won’t be getting anything from you.

Worst 7 eleven period. Dirty, sticky, litter everywhere, and the women that work there give their customers attitude.
