I had the pleasure of meeting Robert and his sons today. I was in intermediate need of a dishwasher and refrigerator for a rental home we own in the Reston area. Being from out of state I didn't know where to go. None of the big box stores nor the other local appliance shops could give me something today. I found AAA Appliances online and the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by the smiling Robert, the son. I told him what I needed and he showed me what they had. He didn't have the color I needed in the refrigerator. But when I heard the prices, I ended up walking out with an entire kitchen appliance makeover for less than I would have paid for the refrigerator and dishwasher in any other appliance or big box store. They tested everything before I left and loaded it into my uhaul. We have 2 other rental properties in the area that we are remodeling between tenants and they are now my go-to place. I will be back. Highly recommend!!!

These guys were GREAT!! The customer service I received today was 10/10!! They solved an immediate problem by finding me the perfect hood since the one I ordered elsewhere was the wrong size! I will be telling all my friends and colleagues about AAA Appliance!!

Bought a GE range from them at a price no other discount appliance store would get near! New out of box GE, beautiful! I needed them to hold if for me until I could take it to our lake house, they were great about it, you need to talk to them if you are buying an appliance.

If you’re looking for affordable appliances with great customer service, AAA Appliances in Chantilly is the place to go. This is a small family owned and operated business and they have a wide variety of appliances from which to choose. Robert and his son Marcus couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful in choosing the right dishwasher for our needs and budget. Once we made our choice, the delivery was made the next day at the appointed time. Walter was great and had it installed and ready to go in no time.AAA Appliance is a hidden gem in Chantilly and we’re so happy to have found them!
