ADU is the best place to get appliances. You get personal service that the big stores never give you, and most of the prices are even better than the big box stores. We outfitted our entire kitchen with a new refrigerator, microwave, induction oven and dishwasher, and we probably saved more than 1000.00 over what Home Depot or Lowe’s quoted. They coordinated delivery with our remodeling contractor, and we didn’t have to do a thing. Best service ever.

Very disappointing customer service. We spent over $25K on appliances. When the backordered panels on our Sub-Zero refrigerator finally arrived, they were the wrong parts. ADU reordered and the wrong parts came again. The next replacement panel arrived damaged. ADU did not assist at all in helping to resolve the issues. We eventually reached out directly to Sub-Zero to order correct parts and schedule installation. 5 months later and we finally have the correct panel installed. We have been very displeased with their lack of customer service.

Great communication from day one
Text message telling me delivery time followed up by a 40 minute window before arriving crew was clean professional unloaded delivered material to site. Inspected it properly.

I went to B&S to get some Wolf appliances but after weeks of getting ghosted and not taken seriously, I found ADU and stopped off at their showroom. Even though we did not have an appointment, Richard found time for us and provided top notch service. ADU was very responsive and professional. When one of our orders came with a dent, Richard immediately worked on getting us a replacement unit. Would highly recommend ADU for their top notch customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about ADU…but I’ll try! We completed a kitchen remodel and purchased a full suite of appliances from Steve. The level of customer service provided to us was exceptional from beginning to end. When we selected our appliances, Steve spent over an hour with us explaining the differences between all of the various products we were considering. And when we had a faulty appliance from the manufacturer, they went above and beyond to make it right. If I had purchased from a big box store, I’d probably still be on hold! They also gave us the best price of all of places we got quotes from. Shout out to Steve and Tim…they were great to work with!

I see that some of the reviews are lackluster, but I'm offering a good review. Things didn't start out well because our refrigerator had a dent upon delivery. Originally, we were very upset because appliances these days are so expensive. Steve could not have handled things better. He personally delivered a new door and even worked with us on price. It is easy to give a good review when everything goes to plan. It means even more when a store does the right thing by a customer. Four stars.

Bottom line...0 stars...1 star is required for posting. If you want honest/considerate customer service, buy your appliances somewhere else. I rarely write a negative review, but the extremely poor customer service/lack of honesty and/or questionable business practices of ADU Chantilly warrants me taking the time to write this negative review. We experienced a house fire and are going through an entire house restoration. When the time came to order the kitchen appliances, we were told by ADU that all of the appliances we were ordering would arrive within a few weeks...i.e. none were out of stock or on back order. We told the sales rep that it might be a while before we could take delivery and were told that it would not be a problem at all. We were very specific regarding the open ended nature of the delivery date that was dependent on when our contractor would be ready for the appliances. We were told ADU would hold the appliances in their warehouse and we could notify them when we were ready for delivery. Indeed we were contacted a few weeks after the order was placed and told the appliances were in the warehouse and ready for delivery. We told the warehouse rep that we were not at the stage of the rebuild for the appliances to be delivered and again were told no problem, just call when you are ready and we will deliver the appliances. At some point in this process, the original sales rep left ADU and our order was handed over to Richard. We were contacted by Richard via e-mail stating that he had taken over the order and asking when we would like the appliances delivered. As the rebuild was taking longer than expected, we let ADU know that we were still not ready for delivery and were told that ADU would continue to hold the appliances until we were ready for delivery. At no point were we told that the delayed delivery was a problem...in fact we were reassured it was not a problem at all. When time came to have the appliances delivered, we contacted Richard and asked for delivery on W/Th/F of the following week. He said he would contact the warehouse about the delivery date and let us know the specific date. When we never heard from him regarding the specific day, I contacted ADU to schedule delivery. On that call, I was told that none of our appliances were in the warehouse and three of the four would be arriving in one week, but the fourth appliance would not be available for 5 weeks. When I queried how that could be since we were contacted on two occasions to schedule a delivery, the obfuscation began. No-one seemed to know what had happened. At one point, I was told they might have been given to another customer due to the delay in delivery, but no-one really ever gave me a satisfactory definitive answer as to what happened. On future calls to Richard, he was always "busy and unavailable" and did not return my calls. When I spoke to a manager (Chris), he indicated that the selling of our appliances to another customer could likely be what happened, but he wasn't completely sure and would look into it. When talking to Chris and Richard, I never once ever received any semblance of an "I apologize" for the inconvenience. Honesty and some sense of an apologetic tone from someone at ADU could have potentially defused this situation...neither was made aware to me. When you are rebuilding from a fire, county electrical inspections (to include appliances) are required before you can receive a certificate of occupancy that allows you to move back into your house. ADU has delayed even longer what has already been a very very long rebuild process. To be fair to ADU, it has been five months since the initial order was placed. That is a long time to hold them in the warehouse, but we did pay a 5300.00 deposit (half the order total) and were told on multiple occasions that holding the appliances in the warehouse was not a problem. Above and beyond service. They have helped me in a pinch twice when I needed kitchen appliances that were hard to find in this difficult supply chain environment. They are honest about availability and lead times and will consult with you to figure out the best solution or alternative. Much better than going through faceless big box stores. I also found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable compared to other local appliance stores in the area, and very willing to take the time to explain all of the different options and features but with a no pressure approach. They also have a quick and dedicated delivery service, so you don't have to deal with a third party freight. Will definitely look to ADU for future needs.

We had major problems which the Bosch dishwasher we bought and both the Bosch Tech and Bosch as the manufacturer was not helping us at all with an engineering defect on their side but ADU stepped up and went above and beyond to help us. They stand behind their customers and products they sell and really took care of us when the manufacturer wouldn’t. I have nothing but the high regards for ADU and would only purchase all appliances from them. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. Thank you ADU!!!!!

ADU carries the very best brands, the customer service is outstanding, the design center is full of ideas and of fine appliances making it easier to choose gems. Our sales person Mr. Alex Picariello provided us with the very best customer service, even solving questions and providing ideas after our beautiful Viking stove was already home. What an EXCEPTIONAL team. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alex, Richard and Joseph. We purchased a subzero wine column and had several conversations over the span of several days about how to configure it with our existing fridge and freezer. They were all so very patient with me as I changed my mind more than once requiring them to update the order. All throughout the process, they were all so knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would recommend them to EVERYONE. Best service I've had in a long time.

They must have connections to selling appliances that fail all quality checks. They sold us a lemon of a Bosch dishwasher which didn't even last 2 years and started having major electrical issues, even burning a hole in one of the parts inside! We've been without a dishwasher for almost a year going back and forth with Bosch to try to repair it, and had zero luck. ADP hasn't helped at all either. I would not buy from this company again. Our appliances from other companies lasted minimum 8 years, even our builder grade whirlpool dishwasher. We could have had 3 for the price we paid for this broken one! What a scam!

I recently did a kitchen remodel and purchased my appliances from ADU in York, PA. My salesperson, Jon Hutton, did a fantastic job helping me find what I was looking for. Prices were very similar to the big box store and they were great in terms of storing and delivery to time it with the project. The range was delayed and they were very good at staying in touch with me on when to expect it.
