End of day emergency. They stayed open while I practically pedaled the car to them. They figured out the problem immediately and I left with a fixed car and information on what to expect on this 20 yr old car. Highly recommend this shop and ownership.

The Advanced Auto Repair team do outstanding work at fair prices. Hamed has been taking care of my 2006 Honda Accord V6 Hybrid for several years now. 360,000 miles and he keeps it running in peak performance.

I usually take my car to the Honda dealership in Chantilly, and now I know why. I made the mistake of coming here, tempted by the AAA discount, and I regret it. The waiting area is cramped and not clean, and their diagnostic fees are almost as high as Honda’s. At least at Honda, you get professional service and a much better environment. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Definitely these good reviews are incorrect. Be aware. I brought my BMW and they damaged it I am in the process of taking them to court.I will renew the post for more details

They are absolutely phenomenal. Hammad (prob not right spelling) was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. Also, got to see Saké, the neighborhood cat, and pet her while I waited :D

Hamed is the only mechanic I've ever really trusted. He's clearly knowledgeable, honest, and very fair with pricing. Even though he's not super close by, we'd much rather drive out of our way to see him and have peace of mind that our cars are in good hands.

Excellent service! Very detailed work and fair pricing. They even followed up several days later to make sure my Land Rover was running well. Highly recommend, especially if you need a master tech for a European car. Will be a returning customer!

These guys saved my bacon. Called suspecting that I was getting scammed by another shop, and they helped me determine that I was. Sad that with the time constraints that I couldn't go with them, but I can at least leave them a review. Thank you, you saved me $3k.

This company is an approved AAA car service company. In June we had the right rear brake caliper replaced. So it’s now October and the brake peddle was completely pushed to the floor and had a hard time stopping and controlling the car. I am so blessed that when my son was driving he did not get into an accident or potential have a fatal accident. I had the car towed to same place that fixed the right rear caliper in June. They wanted to charge me for another (same) repair full price. But after I told them they did it in June, they back stepped. They said it was the part was defective. But they still charged me a fee to get it fixed again. My brother who is a mechanic (fixes airplanes) said in his opinion looked like mechanic error. I asked Advanced Auto Repair Inc. to please absorb all of the cost. They would not and I also had to take it back again to get the emergency break readjusted. It should have been done when the caliper was fixed. What a waste of two days time. I will not go back there.

Great service! I had a starting issue with my Nissan and the owner fixed the issue promptly with great customer service. I appreciate how he walked me through my options and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!
