Cantaloupe purchased from Aldi on July 1, 2024 @Centreville road Herndon VA was hard as a rock; so I place in refrigerator. It should have gotten softer after being in refrigerator 5 days. Went to cut after letting it sit 30 min. However it was sill hard as a rock with no flavor. I was refused a refund. I want to encourage consumers to take time to write reviews about whats going on with merchants across the globe. #MakeAndTakeAStand #SpeakUp

Typical Aldi store which you can find anywhere in USA. It appears that staff was stressed out due to understaffing at this store. Carts lined up so long that it literally blocks the entryway.

Great place to shop for all your needs. I love getting gardening plants and tools. They have planting benches and display stands. Another great place to purchase children toys.

I was taking my full Cart of groceries to the check out counter. When I reached it the employee at the check out told me they couldn't assist me. I was extremely confused but she told me I should just go throughthe self check out center. I didn't understand why she directed me like this but she didn't even try to help me. She ended up at the checkout talking with another employee, and THEN another group of people came up to the cashier. They only had three bags and she helped them with no problem or resistance. Keep in mind that I'm currently disabled and have to wear a boot on one of my legs. She simply didn't want to attend to me, and wasn't even busy. She was very rude to me as well just a disgrace of how to treat your customers much less failing to do your job when attending a customer. Abby was the name of the cashier, I asked another employee if I could see the manager while explaining what happened, but was told the manager wasn't there. This happened just yesterday, around 5:30PM April 9th, 2024.

New self checkout is simple and easy to use. A cashier is available also. Good prices on food. Smaller store than a big grocery store but it has all the right things plus wine and sangria.

Perfect product assortment and effective utilization of IT driven "Just In Time" perpetual inventory replenishment. I frequent your Chantilly and Sterling locations...convenient to my residence and employment. Well done ! Oh...and the pricing blows away Safeway and Giant. Though...Giant IS the place for a vast source of just about anything one might want.

ENCOUNTER ASIAN HATE IN THIS STORE!!!!
The stuff was very rude when I clearly get approved from the manager when I asked if I can buy case of butter since they have a limit.
And this guy was laughing and joking about me being cheap and after I confronted with him, he took the butter out of my cart and refused to sell those to me.
The fact is that I frequently shop from them for get supplies for my bakery in large quantities, spending over hundreds of thousands every year.
And I respect the rule so every time when they have limit I tried to go multiple times to get my list done.
In the video, the guy was being aggressive towards me and was abusing his powers on me. As a Asian Woman I clearly felt hate and violence from him.
THEY WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.

monday 2/5 around 1 o’clock. hispanic-looking older male with an accent at register seemed to be having a bad day over scanning (and over charging if you weren’t alert) and rushing costumers out. zero costumer service on sight.

In my opinion, the best Aldi in the area. Well managed, helpful staff. Excellent products. Must check packaged vegetables and salads. Meat well priced. This is a very good place for staples and canned goods. We save a lot of money shopping for the basics here, which leaves enough in the budget for extras at Wegmans nearby.
