Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. They sold me a vehicle and left out a bunch of very important details. The vehicle was imported from another country and was considered a grey market vehicle. In some states, not disclosing this fact is illegal. I had to sell the vehicle and spent over $7000 in repairs from the lack of knowledge of the vehicles history due to the grey status. I don’t recommend buying here. I would file a lawsuit if I had the money. If you’re readying this I wish you all the best in your search for a new vehicle :)

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this Dealer. This company lacks INTEGRITY and they will SELL YOU A FAULTY CAR. THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE ACCURATE. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Challenger from Altech Cars LTD in January of 2019. I worked with Shini. The process to buy was nothing spectacular and was really quick and simple with the sole assistance from my credit union. The ONLY thing I was at fault for going to Altech by myself instead of bringing someone with me who could inspect the car for damages/faults. I was not very knowledgeable of cars at that time and it was my first time buying a car as an adult by myself. (Yes, I know rookie mistake LOL) Had I known the condition of the car I wouldn't have purchased from them AT ALL. Anyways here are the issues I've encountered since I got the car. All of these were preexisting prior to my ownership of the vehicle: 1) Within a week or two of having the car I had to replace one of the Valve Stems. It was completely broken and was impacting the ability for me to put air in my tire. 2) Within this last year I've had to replace all 4 tires. Initially one tire caused me to fail inspection due to a cut so bad the wires were exposed. (Yes, Altech sold me the car that way.) I also had a tire blow on the highway. So I decided to replace them all. 3) The passenger rear tire had a lug nut and screw that needed to be replaced because someone jammed the screw in to the point that it is completely stuck. (I found this out when my tire blew) 4) The FINAL thing that made me write this review is that I recently got into a very minor fender bender (this was my first accident EVER let alone with this car). My front bumper had some damages so I went through my insurance to fix it. The shop that repaired the damages advised me that the ENTIRE FRONT END OF MY VEHICLE WAS GLUED TOGETHER. There were junkyard mismatched parts and screws etc. etc. My bill went from 2500 to over 6000 for the damages to replace everything. So in conclusion, this vehicle was involved in a wreck before I purchased it. This explains all the issues I've had with the car since I got it. (And no, this wreck was not listed anywhere on the carfax). So either Altech was the one who completed the faulty repairs with junkyard parts and glue and sold it to me that way to get a quick sale. Or they knew the condition of the car, didn't bother properly correcting the issues and sold it to me anyways. Either way THIS COMPANY DOES CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They sold me a vehicle IN SUCH POOR CONDITION THAT IS ILLEGAL TO DRIVE THE ROADS IN VA. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Never again will I buy there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Although staff was very kind.. very disappointed. Purchased a truck less than 6 months ago and now it needs a new engine. Prior to that, when we took it to a Chevy dealership to get an oil change, we learned there were plenty other things wrong and this was about 3 months after purchasing the truck... would not recommend.
Mind you, we got the oil change about 2 months after having the car because we understand that cars need oil changes. The warranty we had was either 6 months or 6,000 miles. Although we are under the 6 months, we have surpassed the 6,000 miles by a few miles and the warranty company wouldn't do anything about it.

Professional, polite, knowledgeable but most importantly honest and trustworthy!
I have been involved with cars all my life and have had my fair share of interactions and transactions with new & used car dealerships, body shops and mechanics.
Altech cars is at the top of the list - put it this way at least twice a week I am looking at their inventory for my next toy.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Alan, the owner or manager or whatever he is is rude and condescending. We drove over 3 hours on a Saturday to buy a vehicle and were never told that they only accept cash or cashiers checks as our local car dealers accept debit/credit cards without any hassle. He proceeded to yell and scream and be rude to us until I had enough and told him to stop being so rude and hateful and then walked out. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
