Thank goodness for coffee. What a dreary morning. The rain and fog can cause exhaustion. This cup of coffee is helping. Occasionally stop here at work. It's a convenience store, but they do have some deals. Plenty of parking, makes this one a cinch. Also the store is very clean. Some you walk in and they are hideous, this is the complete opposite. Friendly and efficient staff. This is close to just about everything in Chantilly.

Nice local 7-Eleven in a really nice neighborhood and very convenient, they have a nice selection of snacks and beverages, employees are very cool and laid back but on most days this location is very busy especially during the rush hour periods of the weekday.

Terrible customer service. Out right refusal to bag my product. Went there on the evening of 5/21/22 I was purchasing several bags of chips and 4 large drinks. Employee only bagged the chips. I told him I need the drinks bagged and he said I could put them in with the chips. I said they would not fit and they would crush the chips. He said no they want and said an additional bag was 5 cent. I said we'll charge me. he took out another bag and threw it on the counter. I ask him if it is normal for them not to bag product for a customer and he refused to answer or bag the product. if I wasn't catching a plane the next morning I would have went back and ask for the manage. Been awhile since I have been in a 7 Eleven but this one gives them a bad name.

Came to fill up my tank. The machine showed 20 gallons which is what normally fills my tank. I get in my car and minutes later the tank is still 3/4th full. Outdated machines so make sure you are getting what you are paying for... had to go to another gas station to finish filling up my tank.

There is always 2-3 pumps broken, the rest are working off of outdated and old systems. This makes pumping gas an extremely slow and tedious process. The store itself always has a bad odor to it and seems dirty at all times.
