The experience was great, I came in with my husband and 2 kids, off the back I was greeted by a sales person Mr. Bazil and got to work. The manager Mr. Sam was very understanding and worked with us and got us exactly what we needed . Fast and great service in and out with a new car within 2 hours and very children friendly staff, over all great experience 10/10

My experience at Audi Chantilly was great! They gave me the out of the door price prior to me showing up to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived to test drive, and purchase the vehicle, the final price was the same price that I was quoted. No extra fees, no haggling. I really appreciated the price transparency.
As a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions and wanted to ensure that everything on the CPO vehicle was inspected and up to par before i made the purchase. My salesman Mobin was excellent. He was calm, patient, and kind. If you are in the market for an Audi he is your guy, and Audi Chantilly is your place. After a week, it is safe to say I am happy with my purchase, and I am enjoying my 2023 Audi A4 (it will definitely not be my last Audi)!

I recently took my Q5 in to repair the heater. It was 2 days without any contact from the service agent despite multiple phone calls to them eventually on Day 3 the car was repaired (replacing the thermostat) but it didn’t fix the problem. After taking it in a second time another two days passed before I was presented with a $10,000 estimate (with no detailed breakdown) to replace the entire cooling system (hoses, radiator…) because of some “contaminant” and the fact that they couldn’t diagnose the problem to the heater coil, water pump or anything else. The only satisfaction I got was after talking to the boss of the entire service department who agreed that his department’s performance was unacceptable and he agreed to give me a detailed estimate and refund for the previous labor. I’m now going somewhere else to fix my problem.
