“After an embarrassing encounter with a concrete wall in a parking garage, I found myself traipsing around Chantilly, gathering quotes to fix my blunder, out-of-pocket. The first two quotes I received were $1800 and $3900 (what?! why?! how, Carstar?!!!). Feeling confused and defeated, I decided to pull into Sam Auto Body… the reviews were fabulous, after all. Immediately, Mo at the front desk put me at ease, did a quick quote ($1300), answered all my questions about why the quotes were so incredibly different between the three shops for the same work, and was just generally incredibly patient with this middle-aged spaz. He got my car in the very next afternoon and I had it back not even a full two days later! She looks gorgeous and when I went to pick her up, she had been completely washed and shined! I highly recommend this shop! Mo made it a wonderful, much less stressful experience. I’ve already told my MIL we’re taking her van there, because, well, my husband has always said his mother and I are too much alike and, behold, she made the same exact parking garage blunder! Go, you won’t be disappointed!”
“I took my 4 year old Mazda to get it detailed before trading it in and the moment I saw it I started having second thoughts about selling it. Ben and his team made my car look exactly like it did when I bought it new off the lot years ago.
When I did trade it in, I took my new Tesla straight from the dealership back to his shop - this time to get tints and PPF installed. I had figured he would do just as great as a job with tints and PPF as he did with detailing. My assumption was correct.
I hadn’t gotten PPF or tints before so he walked me through the various options and picked a package that best suited my needs. Ben knows how to treat and keep a customer and I won’t be going anywhere else.”

“I went on Saturday around noon for an estimate on an exhaust leak. I did have to wait a few minutes because he had to juggle several cars (and the owner of one that was in the way showed up and took delivery) to make room on a lift.
The great news was that it is just a gasket between two sections of pipe. Even though it was such a small job, he offered to take care of it right away if I wanted to go get the part! Instead, I decided to schedule time later to take care of some optional work rather than do such a small job and still need to come back later.
He seems very knowledgeable, works on many different brands of cars, and obviously is honest, recommending just a gasket instead of major pieces of the exhaust. I intend to keep going to him.”
“This is the BEST place to get your car fixed and for tires. I was able to get a used tire for only $60 and they put it on my car so quickly. Other places will easily charge you $200. They are fast, quick, reliable, and affordable. They don't try to cheat you like other places. I also had a mechanic correctly replace one of my light bulbs so that I could pass my inspection. I am so glad I found them. They also have a cute dog that is in the shop sometimes which makes going to this place fun as well.”

“I had an issue with my Teslas charging port breaking during the car wash, but Alex was so helpful and communicated with me during the repair process. I got my Tesla repaired and sent the invoice to Alex. He kept me updated via phone calls and texts and worked with the company to mail me a refund for the repair. Leaving this review due to Alex professionalism.”
“I took my car through Flagship car wash to get it cleaned up for an event. Even though I've been to this location multiple times before, and had acceptable service, the mediocre reviews left me skeptical. I went anyway. I got the Flagship service and was generally happy with the results. My car left much cleaner than when it went in. I wasn't expecting a full detail, but they cleaned and vacuumed all surfaces as expected.The people who appeared to be the leads for the various sections of the process were all friendly and helpful. Can I do a more thorough job myself, I'm sure of it, but my time is money too. I only wish the price was a little lower, $44 still seems a little steep for the level of service.”
