Sold me a defective truck with no spare tire and refuse to help with anything. They stopped answering the phone after agreeing to help. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They're saying they tried but they didn't. They said they'd send me a check because I live 2 hours away but didn't. They were most definitely ignoring my calls... and yes now it's 5 months but this issue happened 3 months ago. Yall know my number and address

The Art of the Deal - A successful negotiation begins with opening SALUTATIONS; this is pivotal! for it establishes mutual respect. The Nazzal Group consist of a staff of humbled honorable men which resulted in me completing my deal in 55mins. NOTE; a deal is a deal and once you leave the premises, your business is complete. But upon arriving home, I noted two defects I did not notice during the negotiations; So I simply contacted my POC (Mike-the coordinator) . His response was literally astonishing!,. for without hesitation he said “Bring it back and we will take care of it for you”. It is DIFFICULT to find this level of customer service in the used car arena; all because of the rapport establish from our initial greeting. Treat people like YOU want to be treated and it shall be reciprocated!… outstanding establishment!

Sold me my 2013 F150, she’s been great. Only had to replace the starter but that was because the winter time. Other than that she has been amazing! Would recommend 👍
