Bought a car and after driving a short while the check engine light came on. After scanning the code it was a catalytic converter issue. I could not pass emissions and I was extremely concerned. But the good people at Car Heaven took it back in and took care of the issue at their own cost and replaced both converters and even had the emissions test completed for me. I admit I was skeptical after I bought the car but they restored my faith. If the car died today I will still appreciate their service.

This dealership got a negative 3 stars .. I made an appointment to see a vehicle a day prior. Drove over an hour after doing a 25hour shift . Got to the dealer, for them to say the cat was loaned out due to some emergency from another customer. I ask how long it will take for the customer to bring back the are and they said 1 1/2. POOR POOR POOR customer service. Through out the whole time, they have been texting and emailing me reminding about the appointment... Just absolutely ridiculous. Claudia Grand was the sales person. She claimed she didn't know the car was loaned out the night before. It just doesn't add up. They have thousands of cars on the lot, and out of those they gave the one car I had an appointment to see..

I saw 2 cars online I was interested in so I filled out the inquiry form on their website and got instant response from Claudia Grande. I must say I was so sure I wanted one of the 2 however once arriving I saw a 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport that caught my eye big time. So Claudia asked if I like to test drive which of course I did. LOL She gave me time to look make my own mind up while being very polite and we had a few laughs as well. She worked hard brought the 2 cars around and I did not even test drive either and she showed no agitation of my being undecided or sure what I wanted. However once I drove the Subaru one of the radiator hoses was cracked and she got it taken care of without any hesitation at all and I did purchase that very vehicle. My friend that drove me there had to leave for an emergency at his job in Charlottesville where we were from and Claudia assured him I would be alright and they would see I made it home safely. I must say I have purchased well over 30 cars in my life and this was the best. Love the car Love the customer service she provided from start to finish. They made sure I was good as well as the car I wanted and did purchase. I will if ever want another (which I am sure I will) be going back there to Auto Heaven in Chantilly and I pray Claudia is still there. Claudia keep being you sweet lady you are definitely a charm and like I told you a shining diamond because you being you truly showed you cared and wanted us to be happy smiling checking on us and over all made sure we were good. Even said we will be sure he get's home. Thank You so much!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a Chevrolet Cruze 2016 for 7k plus fees 9 months ago.Since then, I had many problems with the engine ( engine overheating 3x) belts, sensor malfunction, worn tires and hose leakages. I spent at least 1, 5k in mechanic and now they are charging 2k to repair all these problems. I want to sell it back to them and they are not willing to negotiate and they don't think about client satisfaction at all. The car had a “minor accident” as they stated but had major painting problems and it wasn't worth even 5k at the time of the purchase. They should charge more fair prices and be more upfront about the vehicle conditions so customers make more informative decisions. They offer zero customer care, no warranties and just want to eat away your money. No empathy from the employees over the phone, no willingness to work with clients and offer a good deal to purchase it back. Don't buy for them.

Drove over 3 hours to come see a 2015 VW cc. Online the car was in perfect condition but when it was pulled up it had missing paint, broken front grill, broken headlight, broken trim on the bumper, rear tire with a gash in it and cracking paint in tons of places. Very disappointing non of these issues were disclosed after I told them I was driving over 3 ours to pay cash. Rosa was extremely nice tho! She’s the only reason I have 2 stars.
