If you are looking to buy from here, make sure you go get a pre-purchase inspection. Underneath the truck I was looking at had been sprayed with a coat of bedliner to cover up severe rust and there was a multitude of mechanical issues that was caught in the pre purchase inspection.
Also, on the drive to pre purchase inspection the dash said 18 miles till empty when I got in the truck. I had to stop and put gas in myself. Wasn’t reimbursed.
The sales people were nice people which is the reason for the two stars. However, take everything they say with a grain of salt. They said their inspection of the vehicle showed nothing wrong. The shop I took it to found a bunch of major issues within about 10 mins of having it on the lift.
They might have some good vehicles, but I wouldn’t trust what they say about them- DO A PPI!!!!
Update: they informed me the vehicle was on consignment, so they took the vehicle out of their inventory after the findings from the PPI — which I respect.

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. This is the third car I have purchased, and my experience with this shop has been the most pleasant I have had so far. First of all, their vehicles are priced very very fairly. Second of all, their financing process and platform are fantastic. And third of all, their customer service is phenomenal. From start to finish, they made the process of purchasing my vehicle simple, accessible, and FAST.
Matthew, the sales associate that assisted me throughout the purchase, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And again I must add: FAST. I walked into their shop at around 5:30pm and I drove off of their lot with the vehicle maybe 10-15 minutes after the shop closed at 7pm (Yes, they stayed there after close to ensure everything was wrapped up and taken care of for me).
In addition to the refreshing purchase process, there was later some confusion with my plates being mailed and the temporary plates I was given expired before I was able to receive my official plates, and once again, Matthew went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I had new, valid temp-plates on my car the very same day that I brought the issue to their attention.
If you are eyeballing a vehicle at this business, take this as your sign to go for it. You will be glad you did.

I have bought a car from Autodeal Makers and owned it for now 3 months…
I must say after the initial selling of the car the customer service has been AWFUL…
The salesperson ADA who sold me the car who first seemed a honest person of integrity showed rudeness and even avoided or hung up in my face on calls when I had inquires about the car that was sold to me.
Being that this is an independent smaller dealership I did not expect to get the best quality car…the car itself I’m genuinely satisfied. HOWEVER, the service the communication and the support as a customer has been HORRIBLE!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE. IF YOU DO UNDERSTAND AFTER THE PURCHASE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN…The support will be minimal if at all they will not answer phone calls…
You will be forced to do emails and likely will only be assisted if you drive to the store which depending on where you are coming from can be a huge inconvenience…
I pray for them as a person in sales myself…customer service before after and during is how you get return customers…I would like to have my car wrapped and other features done after my car is paid for .
But after how I have been treated the past few months. I will NOT be returning to AutoDealMakers…

Don't buy from here they put up a friendly facade and then try to waste your time and rip you off for more temporary tags after buying a vehicle still trying to title it 30+ days later

My experience was great came in one day for a Subaru Brz ended up seeing another car I liked ada let me test drive both. Ended up going with the second car but throughout the whole process Ada was helpful with anything i needed and any questions i have, I would highly recommend stopping by at taking a look at their inventory.
