I strongly recommend buying your next car here! Jay was super helpful through the entire process, from finding a car, helping me decide if it was the right car for me, to finding other cars that could work instead and finally helping me find a good loan! Buying a car is stressful but there was way less stress getting a car from Jay!

We had been researching the car we wanted for the last few months, and Automax had the right price point and close to our area. Jay was great on negotiating the price and even fixed the front grill of the vehicle that was cracked at no charge!

I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 from Automax of Chantilly, and I want to share my wonderful experience. The car is in perfect condition—clean, with no issues or damage. The dealer, Jay Farhad, was exceptionally professional, humble, and responsive throughout the process. He patiently answered all of my questions with great attention to detail, both in person and over the phone. Before visiting the dealership, I called him several times to inquire about different models, prices, and features. Each time, he responded with excellent communication and professionalism.
The price was reasonable compared to other dealerships, and all the paperwork was ready in the system, making the process quick and efficient. It only took about 30 minutes to complete everything. I’ve shared my positive experience with family and friends and wanted to leave a review as well. Amazing!!!
I will recommend Automax of Chantilly to all mature knowledgeable car buyers! Sabrina and Jay were great to work with and I could not be happier with the price I paid for my vehicle. I had been searching for my vehicle since October 2015 looking all over the east coast- that being said I knew everything you could know about the vehicle features and specifications. I recommend if you are looking for a vehicle research it throughly and buy your own CARFAX using the VIN.
I am very happy with my purchase and I will be back to buy in the future :)

Back in August I visited Automax of Chantilly to look at a Toyota Highlander that was for sale. When I got there, I met Jay and he mentioned that the Toyota was just sold. I asked if I could still just look at it and he said but he also said he had a Mazda CX-90 as well. I was looking for the 3rd row option and he said it did have one. I said I would think about it since I wasn't looking for a Mazda. As I viewed the Toyota, Jay brought the Mazda around anyway. I looked at it and took it for a test drive. It checked every box I wanted and then some. Jay was very thoughtful for bringing it around and afterwards I purchased it. Jay is very professional and answered my questions fully. We love this car and thank you to Jay for everything! 5 Stars!

It was nice and great meeting Dr. Sahib Mahmood at AutoMax of Chantilly, he is a professional and honest person. We purchased a Toyota Camry 2021 with a great price and great condition. I would recommend Dr. Mahmood for whoever wants to purchase a car. He can give you good price with a very great customer service. My experience at Automax absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. I've been on the market for a 4Runner for ages now but Automax was able to hook me up with a clean, beautiful 2021 model that met all of my needs. The buying experience was seamless, and the staff here are very friendly and made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend, not a business. No tricks or other nonsense that I would normally deal with at other dealerships, this is the second vehicle I've bought from them and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for my third. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service. Bought my Ford F150 couldn’t be happier. Small family owned business their prices are much lower than your bigger dealerships. I highly recommend you visit them before purchasing your next vehicle elsewhere.
