When I arrived to pickup my online order, it was already loaded on a cart and ready to go. An associate brought the 8 batteries out to my car, loaded each one and another associate brought me my receipt at my car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Very pleased with Battery Plus of Chantilly. I called the Ashburn store first but they didn’t have what I needed in stock, the Chantilly store had two in stock and were very helpful. They also honored a discount code I got from the website sight. I arrived with my old battery, which was very heavy because it was for my Class A diesel pusher motorhome and they tested it first to make sure it was bad. The replacement battery I received was manufactured less than a month before my purchase and I received a one year warranty, most other places I contacted only offer six months warranty on commercial batteries. Price was very good as well. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a battery replacement to contact Battery Plus of Chantilly before you buy.

Batteries Plus had i - stock the unusual (odd) battery for my 1999 miata. Price was reasonable with the 30% on-line discount. I was in and out of the store quickly.

Batteries Plus does not disappoint. I have found the most elusive bulb and batteries needed. Employees are professional and will insert batteries into a difficult device an added bonus.

Superior customer service. Lexi was fantastic
I had a screen on my s21 ultra that cracked and she was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. She checked me in quickly, told me everything they would do to fix it and was all around wonderful. I highly recommend them if you need anything done woth your mobile device. They also have accessories such as batteries, lanterns, light bulbs, flashlights , etc. A great store to visit and pick up anything you may need. Thank you so much for your expert workmanship, repair and kindness. I greatly appreciate it.

Had my iPhone 11 screen and battery replaced. Service was quick, however now my face ID does no longer works, and my iPhone says the screen and battery are not Apple approved. Wish I would've been told this was going happen before the repair. I would have kept my old screen if it meant losing features.

It's a little bit on the hard to find location side but when I finally found it Battery Plus in Chantilly did a great job installing a new battery in my Subaru Forester key fob.

I needed a new battery for my car. I ordered it online for in-store pickup. The copper top name brand was cheaper than other auto stores in the area even before the online discount code. Took my old battery, picked up my new one, and was on my way within 5 minutes. (I have to rush, they have so many awesome impulse buy items!)

Showed up on a Wednesday at 5:29pm and the stor is closed. Store hours and website have 7pm as closing time. All the lights are on, however the open light is off.What are your real store hours?
