“Went in for a cell phone repair for a cracked screen. Despite it being a busy Monday, the staff were incredibly polite, patient, and got the repair done same day. They explained procedures, policies, and recommendations clearly. Overall excellent experience, and a top quality repair job.
My only recommendation to other customers is, even if your phone insurance provider doesn't say to, go ahead and call the store ahead of time to verify parts availability. Wasn't a problem for me, but always good to just in case.”
“Came in to replace a battery and found that the battery was under warranty. Unfortunately, the type of battery in my car was out of stock. Thomas, the associate, he could have the battery delivered in an hour and half. In an hour and half the battery was at the store. Mark, the shops assistant manager came out and installed the new battery. All of the associates were helpful. 5 Stars all around.”
