Horrible customer service from Karina, genuinely disgusted by it. No manners whatsoever. I genuinely hope the cameras record audio so they can listen to the conversation - escalated to Boost Mobile customer service as well as Senior Executives - it was that bad.
Often times customer service is bad because they can't help you. To an extent I understand problems cannot be resolved straight away. But it's the rudeness and the comments made by Karina.

The Chantilly Boost mobile store has exceptional customer service, support and products. My husband and I needed to be able to get our children on our plan and change carriers and Lisbeth & Betsy were so helpful to us to that end! Thank you very much for employing people like Lisbeth & Betsy to provide this kind level of service with professionalism and patience. I even brought two of my children along for the change process and Lisbeth was kind enough to give my son a tutorial for his new android as we have been using iPhones for years and we needed guidance from her to move forward with this process. We also had Mariaoli help us out the following day when we returned to the same location for completion. They are simply an outstanding staff. Highly recommend! Thank you again.

Lisbeth, an associate at this store was wonderful. She was helpful, professional and went above and beyond. I did not learn the name of the gentleman who was working with her when I had to return to the store for a question I had, but he was super helpful too. Highly recommend.

This store does not hire English speaking staff. Avoid at all cost. This is the United States and front line staff must be able to speak English. No exceptions!
