The worst customer experience ever, if you need a carrier choose anything but boost. They are no help, I have called so many times to solve an issue, they pretend they do, but no one actually does anything. Lazy people, not doing their job and unpleasant. They stole my money and said they will refund but this issue has not been resolved.

Unable to help. The employee called someone, on the phone, to interpret what I needed.Boost customer service has been unable to help me, through multiple calls, with my calls being routed directly to my voicemail. Everything else, on my phone, works fine.Beyond frustrating! I've been, with them, for years; and have been happy until this point.They have lost my business.I'm searching an alternative carrier.

Went in for a routine technical issue that required me to go to a physical store. The person at the desk got the job done. However, the interaction was unpleasant as he did not volunteer crucial information that would have sped up the process and seemed bothered by my presence in the store. I would have enquired into getting a new phone has I felt more welcomed; a lost opportunity for good customer service. I'll be doing my phone shopping online, thank you.
