I had a car accident where someone ran into my street parked car while it was unoccupied. My insurance sent me to Caliber to get the damages fixed. I brought my brother and we talked to Jamie initially and talking to him you see how genuine of a person he is! I felt confident leaving my car there and that it would be taken care of. I received regular updates on the car’s progress and when I called the customer service was great. Also as a female, I’m used to dealerships or auto shops trying to take advantage of overcharging or scamming me and Caliber Collision is the first body shop I felt comfortable that wouldn’t happen. They explained everything to me the same as my brother and dad on separate occasions and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Caliber because I personally had an all around wonderful experience!

I want to complement and thank Jamie Grier at Caliber Collision at 14100 Willard in Chantilly, VA. I had some minor damage to my fender when I hit the garage door frame and it left a big white mark on the fender and I lost a couple of the clips that held that part of the fender in place. I stopped by what I would say is one on the best Caliber Collision in my area and Jamie greeted me immediately. I told him my situation which he looked at and said I could spend thousands of dollars to repair something like this. He said let’s see what the real damage is, so he went into the garage and brought back some “magical “ solution and he wiped all of the white residue off. He said you only need some clips and I will order them. I called him a few days later and he said that the clips were in. I went by today and Jamie had the clips installed. I tried to pay them something or tip them but he would not let me. I have been a Caliber Collision customer for years but I really thank them, Jamie in particular, for this service. My hat goes off to Caliber Collision it’s organization.

I have driving for over 50 years and have had many experiences with car repair companies. My experience with Caliber is unmatched. From the initial contact to communication throughout and the beautiful esthetic of the completed job exceeded expectations. Working with my insurance company they made it seamless. I have used then twice now and although I hope not to again if I do there's no doubt where I will be going. Highly recommend.
