I got in an accident and had it repaired at Caliber Collision. My insurance recommended them and I read the Google reviews. The body of my car looks great! They put a new aftermarket headlight on the car and it is brighter than the OEM, which helps at night.
BUT my car was returned to me with grease or something all over the front seats. Scrubbing with an upholstery wipe did not clean the leather. It’s due back at the dealer because the lease is up the first week of 2025. I don’t know if someone placed a really dirty/heavy part on the seat and let it sit there or what.
I sent Caliber an email with photos and they asked me to bring the car in. Due to not knowing what is on the seat, they are sending my vehicle for a full detail prior to me turning the car in at the dealership, which I really appreciate!

I was in a car accident and Pohanka Lexus Chantilly referred me to Caliber Collision, as this is who they use for body repairs. Caliber Collision replaced my damaged bumper that resulted from someone rear-ending my car. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and my car was returned in excellent condition. Christopher Lee made sure that my car was taken care of. He did a great job of keeping me well-informed during the repair process. He treated me with kindness and respect and responded quickly to my questions and concerns! The front desk staff were kind as well! An added plus is the complimentary popcorn, drinks, and candy in the office! I could have even left my rental car at Caliber Collision for Enterprise to pick it up there, instead of having to drive out to the Sterling location. What a convenience! Overall, while the fender bender was an unfortunate circumstance, working with Caliber Collision eased the burden of the situation and I am thankful that my car is back in action!

Our insurance recommended us here and we are glad they did! Very professional, kind customer service, and quality work. It felt like they went the extra mile to make sure the car back better and cleaner than before the damage. We are grateful.

My 2024 Cadillac got covered with hail dents from a terrible storm that hit NoVA in Aug, 2024 (weeping emoji). I thought the car would never be the same, but I took it to Caliber and was pleasantly surprised. They had a team brought in to work hail storm cases, and they did an excellent job. The Cadillac looks as good as new! Customer service, timeline, and partnership with my insurance provider were all commendable. A technician we interfaced with - I believe his name was Bobby - was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt like he cared about my car!!

Great work done to minor front end damage on my Corvette Z06. Indistinguishable from when I drove it off the lot and ready late Thursday, when the estimated date was the following Tuesday. Coordinated well with my insurance and rental company for an easy, seamless experience.

I had some minor damage to my car that needed repaired. Caliber was incredibly easy to deal with, I received a price quote that was less than I was expecting, and a repair/turnaround time that was shorter than expected. It allowed me to drop my car off while I was out of town on business and pick it up when I returned. The quality of the work was outstanding and everyone that works there was incredibly friendly. While I hope I never have to use them again, if my car gets damaged in the future, I know I'd bring it back to Caliber.

My insurance recommended your collision center and we scheduled a pick up. I called to confirm the time that the towed will come and your receptionist Katherine was so rude. She told me that they will come in 2 hours and that they can’t control the time because is not their company and if I want things done my way I should talk to the adjuster. So now I canceled the service and I am going to a different collision center. Very bad customer service. Train better your people.

The service advisors are very responsive and keep you informed throughout the process. I’ve brought my car here twice. The first time, my insurance recommended it, and the second time, I requested it based on my previous experience, and I was just as pleased.

In August 2024, my 2020 Lexus GS 350 sustained over $16,000 in hail damage during a severe weather storm in Sterling, VA. Caliber Collision and their team were exceptional from start to finish. Their A+ customer service and consistent communication throughout the 2.5-week repair process exceeded my expectations. I worked with Chris Lee and he took phenomenal care of my car. Initially I did not have an appointment and he was able to take care of my repair the day of and start working with my insurance. He kept in constant contact, always asked for permission before doing anything, great status updates, super flexible with time and helping me get my rental, and an all around phenomenal experience. They did a great job removing damage on my bumper and even finding some other damage not involved with my original collision and took care of that for me. I am amazed at the service from Chris and the team. 5/5 stars! Thank you!
