I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Capital Auto Sales. Only two weeks after purchasing a Honda CR-V from them, we started hearing a worrying noise from the brakes. When we took the car to a certified mechanic, we were shocked to learn that both the brake discs and pads were heavily rusted and worn, as you can clearly see in the attached photos.
This is not only unacceptable for a recently sold vehicle but also represents a serious safety hazard that could have put our lives at risk. It is extremely concerning that a dealership would deliver a car in such condition without proper inspection or maintenance.
We immediately contacted Capital Auto Sales to request a refund for the repair invoice from the workshop that had to fix the issue, but so far we have received no response or reimbursement.
We genuinely hoped for a professional and transparent resolution, but this silence leaves us questioning their commitment to safety and customer care. Unless this matter is handled properly and the invoice is reimbursed, it will be difficult to recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a trustworthy car purchase experience.

I find a nice car online in this dealership. The salesman ( Nate) was extremely knowledgeable, professional in our interactions prior to the buying. When I finally got to the office, he did everything smoothly, quick and I was out of the door with my new car in a matter of an hour.

I didn't ultimately end up buying from Capital Auto Sales, but it wasn't for a lack of anything they did...just happened to find a car local before I could find one that fit the criteria we had with them; However, I still wanted to write them an excellent review because Carlos was absolutely AMAZING throughout the process and really did everything he could to find us the right vehicle. Talk about patience and dedication to great customer service! Given all the hard work upfront, I am sure the final buying process would have been just as good! Appreciate everything they did for us along the way and will definitely keep them in mind if we should ever need another car in the future!

Sayeed is amazing manger at Capitol Auto, he is very honest and helped me fix my Air Conditioner. He was at least 40 percent cheaper than the competition. They did great quality work.

Absolutely amazing experience at Capital Auto Sales in Chantilly! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make the car-buying process smooth, honest, and stress-free.
Sandra, the General Manager, was incredibly welcoming and professional. Esteban, the owner, clearly takes pride in running a trustworthy dealership, and it shows. Tony, the Sales Manager, was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about finding the right fit for me. And Vense, the Finance Director, worked magic in getting me a great deal and explaining everything clearly.
This is by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had — no pressure, just great people who genuinely want to help. Highly recommend Capital Auto Sales to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and top-notch service!

If I could give a negative review I would. They sold me a 2017 Silverado. The sun roof and rear sliding window didn’t work, there were acorns in the climate control fan, and the tie rods and ball joints were bad. I had to spend over $1000 on repairs that should have been taken care of by them. I called them to ask if they would reimburse me for the bill and they said they would send me $200, never got that from them! Customer service was horrible, I would have to call multiple times just to get ahold of them each time and everything they said they would do wouldn’t get done until I would call back to ask if it was done. I let my want for a truck overcome the horrible service. Don’t waste your time here!

AJ, Sandra and Brittany have gone above and beyond to make my out of state (with shipping) purchase easy and comfortable. They have been very responsive with communication, transparent with pricing and giving me details about the auto (including video).
Buying online can be scary, but they have made it quick, easy and comfortable.
Don’t let distance be a barrier.

I found a 2019 Acura MDX online and visited their website. Checked it out as best I could. Called and was connected to Nate. Very helpful and professional. He sent me a 360 video and within a couple of days it was mine. The shipping had to be delayed on my part but he ensured everything was all set. The vehicle arrived today and I'm very satisfied. If I lived closer I'd come over and buy him a nice steak dinner. Keep up the great work.

Great dealership from top to bottom even I didn’t purchase the truck I wanted due to price out the door was out of my budget.Nate Herbas was an outstanding sales person, professional and polite. There’s no pressure to buy and they work with you a bit on price. I normally don’t like going to used car dealerships but this facility was impressive all the way around. Keep up the good work.
