This branch left a lot to be desired. There was zero effort to actually assist or understand the customer’s needs. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and relied on generic “policy” responses instead of taking any initiative. It felt more like they were trying to get rid of the problem rather than solve it. Overall, a very frustrating and unproductive experience

The past 1.5yrs I’ve been to this bank institution, I’ve never had any bad customer service experiences like many of you have had. Maybe the bank teller was having a bad day or they noticed the customer was a bit demanding and didn’t want tolerate that or the customer was having a rough day and being rude. Who knows. I’m still happy coming here when I need to.

This bank location is terrible. Bank tellers always look to be in a bad mood. When trying to go withdraw cash to try to get clean/new bills, bank teller says she cant. Ive gone to other branch locations and they are able to do this.

Just went to this branch this morning at 11:30am to sign up for a CD and funding it with checks and cash and it was long line to the teller. Okay that's fine, but when it was my turn the teller checks my ID and tells me to wait and have a sit and wait for the 2 bank officers. Branch need a online or better system to check people in, it's 2024 and even local small banks have better systems! I waited for 45 mins and it still wasn't my turn! I left cause I was pressed for time. Come on, how long does it take per person to finish Manager Jung? Reps have no sense of urgency or willingness to provide incredible customer service!

Please close this branch as well or choose management and tellers who are fluent in English with some customer service experience. Why are they unable to comprehend the needs of their customers?

First time I went to this branch to open a simple checking account and Mrs. Maribel, unfortunately her attitude was very bad, being a professional person and especially Latin, it seemed that she only wanted to put obstacles in my way of a simple opening. And when reading the comments I see that it is not the first time that this lady has that attitude. Afterwards, all the staff were very attentive and friendly. What a shame that a Latin person treats his own people like this.

Used to have capital one as my go to bank. On July 1, 2023, I went to this bank to do a cash withdrawal for car. While asking about limits to withdraw cash, they asked what the money is for and who will get it. After spending nearly an hour, they denied my request. Now I have 9 cents left with them in my account.

Everything you read about this place is true. You can’t open a banking account with them if you can’t speak English. Apparently being US resident is not enough. They told my in law to go learn English and come back when he is able to answer basic questions. WOW! I wish I was making this up. Don’t waste your time here.

I usually go to the bank closest to my house and every time I go to Sebastián's window he is in a bad mood or with little desire to work and on several occasions with the smart watch in use. As a suggestion, they could tell you to be nicer to your clientele. Sometimes my father, who is elderly, is told that he cannot carry out his transactions. This can be frustrating ?

Used to use capital one as my to go bank. Recently went to this bank to do a cash withdrawal over 10k. They ask why what the cash is for and the party who will get the money. After spending nearly an hour, they denied my request. Feels like they are a bank from old ussr. Total insane nuts.

Customer service is at an all time low. With four banking stations available to assist with loans and new account requests, only one har staff working and they were not available for almost an hour. We sat there for almost an hour before we were seen. I heard this location was horrible but decided to give it a chance and was so disappointed.

Customer service keep getting worse and worse every day. Bunch of young tellers have know idea about customer service. Very bad attitude and no respect to customer at all.

Capital one has stolen 40,000 dollars from me. I deposited a legitimate check via mobile app my mobile limit was 50,000 check was 40,000 the immediately flagged it as fraud closed my accounts and are not returning money. Check was a legitimate payment from the sale of a property. My partner cut me the check from bank account and capital one said the called paying to verify check and check is fraudulent. Mean while they paying bank my partner called them and they have no record of capital one contacting nor did my partner receive a call to verify check as capital one has stated, this bank is a crook and a liar and dont trust them with your money.
