Used to use capital one as my to go bank. Recently went to this bank to do a cash withdrawal over 10k. They ask why what the cash is for and the party who will get the money. After spending nearly an hour, they denied my request. Feels like they are a bank from old ussr. Total insane nuts.

Customer service is at an all time low. With four banking stations available to assist with loans and new account requests, only one har staff working and they were not available for almost an hour. We sat there for almost an hour before we were seen. I heard this location was horrible but decided to give it a chance and was so disappointed.

Customer service keep getting worse and worse every day. Bunch of young tellers have know idea about customer service. Very bad attitude and no respect to customer at all.

Capital one has stolen 40,000 dollars from me. I deposited a legitimate check via mobile app my mobile limit was 50,000 check was 40,000 the immediately flagged it as fraud closed my accounts and are not returning money. Check was a legitimate payment from the sale of a property. My partner cut me the check from bank account and capital one said the called paying to verify check and check is fraudulent. Mean while they paying bank my partner called them and they have no record of capital one contacting nor did my partner receive a call to verify check as capital one has stated, this bank is a crook and a liar and dont trust them with your money.

I’ve been a client with Capital One for many years, and have many credit lines and various personal and business accounts. I arrived at 5:00 and they refused to let me in because they were closed.

I came to open a workplace account, but the employees are terrible, not helpful at all, they say everything afterward. You sit for half an hour. You leave without doing anything, or don't go to this location. Zero customer satisfaction I understand better now that such 1 Star was given

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional behavior of one of your bank employees, Ruben, during my recent visit to your branch. Ruben assisted me with a domestic wire transfer and exhibited behavior that was not only unprofessional but also humiliating.When I asked Ruben to get someone to approve the transfer, he said he would but warned me that it was not guaranteed. I understood his response but asked if he could still try to get someone to approve it. Ruben then walked away and ignored me as I waited in the lobby for his attention.When I asked him again, he began to explain how wire transfers work in a condescending manner, as if I was a child. His loud and dismissive behavior was humiliating, and I felt embarrassed in front of other customers in the bank.As a customer, I expect professional and respectful service from your employees. Ruben's behavior fell far short of this expectation, and I urge you to take this matter seriously. Please ensure that your employees are trained to provide courteous and helpful service to all customers, regardless of their level of understanding about banking procedures.I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue, and I look forward to a prompt response from your team.

I have a saving account and i deposit $9,000 and the next day i tried to will draw the money and they won't let me with draw and i still don't have my money. I call the federal government regulaor to investatgate i encourage everyone who is having problems with the call and report and if you are interested in a class action suite, contact me

Really slow and damn arrogrant staff. Not just this branch.Some genral behavior of C1 staff- Would not help you and ask you to make appointment even no other customer in branch- Hide information from client, make me went twice for a very simple currency exchange(just trying to get some Euro)- Not willing to answer some simple questions via phone or online(such as can I make appointment via phone for Euro exchange)- Insisting you to using ATM when my transaction can not be done via ATM. Even he is in the building and I am the only person turned me away.The list go on and on. I also had experience worked with their IT people yeah brunch of people had no idea what they are doing.

Today, I experienced the worst customer service ever. I simply requested to have a document notarized. Sana, the notary, refused to provide the service because one of the signers on the document did not have an account with Capital One Bank.I have had a checking account with Capital One Bank for decades. Additionally, my home mortgage account is with Capital One Bank. Providing the notary service for me should not have been a problem.We went to Bank of America across the street and were able to get the document notarized without issue.

One of worst bank, worst customer service I’ve ever visited. None of Their employees are able to solve any problems related account. I’d suggest avoid this branch. Very unprofessional.
