Excellent service, the best tailor I have been to in the area. I came in with a heavy load of about 4 pants to be tailored, and they were an elastic material with a wide leg opening but they were able to shorten them without a trace. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Kind and efficient and was done quickly as well.

Best service, kind people, good prices. So glad I found them after the other place I went was sold to a big cleaner service and the first time I used them 3 of my husband's shirts came back with broken buttons. I've never experienced that at Carousel!

I brought a brand new dress for very minor alterations and made plans to pick it up a week later on a Friday. Also got it cleaned to further patronize the business. I arrived on the day and to my surprise...THEY WERE CLOSED!!! No warning and in fact he knew the importance of having it by Friday. Wouldn't have been so bad if they'd told me, but we agreed on Friday. I didn't get to attend my event, more wasted money, and don't appreciate that the owner found it funny. I'm convinced that any other business of this type and size could have handled this small task. As for the quality of the work, I'll write another review if I ever have another reason to wear the dress. It's been altered so I can't even sell it. What a waste of my time, money, and effort.

Although not the closest to my house, it is my to go cleaners as they are the most affordable in the area. Always on time, and quality of cleaning is on par, as always.

I highly recommend this cleaner and have always experienced friendly, efficient service. Suits and dress shirts are spot free and perfectly pressed. The owner is also kind enough to carry the items and hang them in my car, which is especially appreciated when I have a large order and a baby in one arm. Great customer service.

Avoid this place. Poor Customer Service!! Damaged coat and claimed it wasn't them. I do not recommend this place.
