I’ve been to both the Sterling and Chantilly locations and had great experiences at each. The team is always friendly, professional, and really knows their stuff. Luke, Parker, Ryan helped me out and made the whole process easy, and I left feeling confident in the work that was done.
Both shops are top-notch, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust.

Thomas completed a comprehensive and needed maintenance work on our Pilot. Thomas saw our maintenance review from a dealership that would have cost us more to complete the suggested work. Thomas and the Casey team did the work under the cost of the suggested quote of the dealership.

Casey's Auto demonstrated outstanding service and integrity from start to finish. I hired them to install retractable running boards on my truck. They expertly managed the process: ordering the boards, notifying me immediately upon arrival, and scheduling the installation just a day later.When installation ran long, they called well ahead of closing time, apologized, and immediately offered a loaner car—a clear sign of their commitment. The next day, they called to confirm whether I wanted to keep the old running boards, placing them carefully in the truck bed for me.The true test of their integrity came at pickup. They called to inform me that a small accident had occurred (the wind caught the door, causing a $.5$ in. scratch against a tool chest) and immediately assured me they would cover the full repair at my convenience. Frankly, I might not have noticed the small scratch until later, and they could have easily denied responsibility.Accidents happen; it's the response that counts. Casey's showed honor, owned their mistake, and proved they are a business built on trust. While warranty work currently takes me to the dealer, Casey's has earned all my non-warranty and future business.

Casey’s Automotive in Chantilly is first class. Professional. Honest. Service-oriented. I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment for my Toyota. Price was fair and service was exceptional. The Manager, Eric, is a man of his word - a look you in the eye and shake your hand kind of service manager, which is rare nowadays. First experience with Casey’s, and definitely not my last!

we were having some serious rear alignment issues with our toyota sienna wheelchair van. they guys at casey’s had to fabricate a solution to get both tires to sit properly on the road. now the van handles and drives better than it ever has, two thumbs up to casey and his guys!

The customer service here is best in class. They replaced the alternator and power steering pump and did a complete inspection of my car to give me a good idea of possible work to do in the future to keep the car in good shape for a long time. I appreciated the pictures of each inspected item that came with the inspection report. There was some confusion with the parts, but my Service Advisor, Casey, and the Vice President/General Manager, Brenden, made everything right in the end. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants excellent service.

This shop is a great place to have a vehicle inspected. I had some vehicle issues and was able to be seen in short notice. I am an out of state resident and this was a need due to traveling. The shop got me in quick and done a very thorough inspection, they listed out all the issues and separated everything out to its own price. Very professional service and highly professional. I strongly recommend. Thanks.

My boyfriend recommended Casey's Automotive after taking my Jeep to the dealership several times and them never fixing how my jeep drove, on top of that they never had a loaner vehicle available for me. I've only had my Jeep back for a few days but so far the drive is like night and day, completely different. Drives so much better, she has her pep again. I liked that they sent me the list of issues color coded red, yellow and green. Casey's was also able to lend me a loaner which is great. Work on it started a day late because I put my key in the wrong box but overall, great experience. I will be back but hopefully not soon!

I ended up at Casey’s because it was recommended by some uber riders I had given rides to. I have a 2022 Ford explorer and I had been using the dealership. My extended service plan was over and I had a not so good experience on the last visit to dealer. From talking to Casey on the phone and explaining what I needed to dropping the car off it was a pleasant experience. The mechanic did the inspection and sent me suggestions on what they recommended for 90000 mile service. I could either agree or decline the service all online. There was no pressure at all. They were not sure they could have done by the end of day but lo and behold the car was ready same day. Casey’s Automotive has gained a new customer and I would highly recommend their services to anyone else looking for a new automotive shop.

It was time for 2018 Enclave to have fluids replaced (maybe a bit past time for some of them. We had brake fluid, enogine coolant and transmission fluids replaced. Casey’s was price competitive and we knew the quality of their work from past experiences with their shop. They did not disappoint and are still 5 star in our opinion
