This flower shop goes above and beyond in listening and delivering what their customer is asking for. They're super patient, flexible and worked closely and attentively with me to put together my fabulous looking centerpieces, while working within my budget. Michelle was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend them.

I wanted to order flowers for a friend in the hospital at INVOA, and I am from out of state. I searched various florists in the area and came across Chantilly Flowers. Their reviews were great, and prices were even better! I received the kindest text message after the delivery thanking me for my business. They also added a box Belgian Truffles with the flowers for my friend at no charge. I know that brightened her day! The flowers looked identical to the photo online that i selected too. It's hard to find businesses like this anymore, and I greatly appreciate the amazing customer service! I will definitely being using Chantilly Flowers again.

Chantilly Flowers is my favorite floral shop. The bouquets are always gorgeous and the customer service is superb. I love how easy it is to order from them and that they text to let me know whenever the flowers have been delivered. I highly recommend them.

I ordered flowers for a family member, and a kind lady named Teresa reached out to inform me that the delivery address was out of their region. She offered to contact another florist for me and ensured the flowers would still be delivered to the right place. Teresa took the time to sort everything out, going above and beyond when she didn't have to. it's rare to find someone so willing to help others without any personal gain. Placed an online order to send flowers to my best friend and the flowers look even better in person. It was a last minute order that was delivered an hour and half after I placed. Company was kind enough to text me updates and included a free box of chocolates for my friend as well. Excellent customer service and beautiful arrangement!

Ordered an arrangement for my parents 60th Anniversary called Cupid’s Creation and it is Beautiful! I went with the Standard size and it’s very full and gorgeous.
Chantilly Flowers texted me to let me know they got my order and texted again after they delivered them. Great communication and I really appreciate it! They even sent a Free box of chocolates with the flowers and that is just over the top Great Customer Service!
My Mom was thrilled and my Dad texted in all caps BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!

They are located in Virginia and not a shadow business somewhere far away. The florist and owner were attentive, caring and did a wonderful job. You will not go wrong here. My arrangement was for a funeral, and they made delivery and the process easy. Beautiful arrangement!

Chantilly Flowers was a delight to work with! When I placed my order yesterday, I received a text thanking me for my business. Fast forward to today, the day of delivery, I received a text letting me know my order was delivered and that they even threw in a box of chocolates.
