Parking is big issue here most the weekends.

Good staff and service; however closing at 7 pm weekdays and closed Sundays is inconvenient for many people. Consider longer hours.

Costco's are all great but this location is both inconvenient in terms of ease of access and store layout. It takes forever to reach the parking lot due to the four way stop sign. Now with the Lidl open, it's even more hectic. The layout of the store causes mass traffic jams (i.e. food court in the middle of the line to exit). There isn't as formal of a process for checkout lines either. At Fairfax, the staff is very diligent about one line so it's abundantly clear. The staff here doesn't care and everyone cuts in the lines randomly. Need to fix that!

I like this Costco the best because of its layout and the parking lot. BUT many of the long standing staff that have worked here over the years are RUDE and arrogant. I know the pandemic was unprecedented, but their behavior was out of bounds witnessing them yelling/screaming at people to put their masks on, stay behind the line, refusing them early entry because their disability was not obvious even though the person had a medical ID, and was parked in the handicap, and had a prosthetic leg. The employees assumed their patrons were lying and opted to treat us like animals. One customer they yelled at that he would not be allowed to enter until he put on his mask, was on oxygen, and when they realized it they lowered their voice and let him proceed without needing to put on his mask, but it was degrading and uncomfortable to witness them making him a spectacle. Costco forgot how to treat people humanely during a 3 year crisis.

Costco tire is awesome along with the staff and the store management. My dilemma started about 1hr prior to close and could not get through on the phone so I took a shot getting there 40 min before closing. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful even with an annoying caller on the phone. What patience from them, especially when I could hear the phone call where the guy says he has a tire knows nothing about it but asks if they have Michelins in stock. I wanted to smack the caller but the front desk was amazing and polite. They then helped me but advised they may not be able to do it so close to closing. Shortly thereafter the front desk talked to the mechanics who agreed to fix my tire. Wow $10.99!! Can't beat that and find the best customer service I have experience in a long time!!!

Costco is the ultimate warehouse. I opt for the executive membership for the 2% cash back. The lines are always long for gas and customer service, but they move fast.

We tend to come to this Costco most often; it is usually always packed when we go there, especially since we usually go on weekends. However, I feel as if they have more of a selection and variety than other locations. As other Costcos, they offer appliances, auto/tires, items for babies and kids, clothing, handbags, computers/printers, electronics, furniture, hardware, health and beauty products, home/decor items, jewelry/watches, office products, patio/outdoor items, items for pets, and travel/luggage items. The staff here are friendly and helpful, the customer service line moves along, and the check-out lines are directed efficiently.Plenty of parking in the lot; just watch out for the leaving vehicles from Costco gas.+helpful and efficient staff+good well-stocked selection

The Chantilly Costco is your average Costco. It offers all the basics and some variety in regards to specialty/unique items, but the location doesn't compare to other places I've been to like Fairfax or Charlottesville. It's a good place if you need standard things from the chain but nothing too remarkable otherwise.

This is just your average Costco. Not much to say about products and quality because it's the same as all the other Costcos in the nova area.I came here on a Monday afternoon around 1pm just trying to run an errand and restock on some food. It wasn't too crowded which was great, but I'm not surprised since it's a Monday afternoon. The store itself was very well stocked and there were a lot of samples available.Only thing I did not appreciate was the very pushy lady who interrupted me while I was at self checkout and wanted to separately scan my Costco card with her scanner so that she could aggressively try to have me upgrade my membership. I think I said no 3 times and she wasn't accepting my answer, so my husband chimed in and also said no a few times and she finally backed off. She even told me she saw me shop here several times. This was literally my 2nd time at this location. So, the lying and overly aggressive selling tactics were extremely annoying and borderline rude. Don't bother your customers, especially if they already say "no". I will just continue to shop at the Sterling location instead of here.

Love this location always has cool new items. Parking is easy on weekdays. The layout is improved over others with the high use items like paper plates paper towers etc near the front. Amazing meat selection. We went on a Traeger 2 week run and all the prime beef brisket was amazing and a steak at 3.99/lb. Also got an awesome choice prime rib for 12.99/lb and on 4th of jury weekend they had choice Picanha! Lines move fast and service was friendly really made our VA trip fun!

Layout is nice but place is constantly packed on weekends. Beware of scammers "playing" violin in the parking lot. They had 4-5 samples out but barely any pies which was a bummer. I love their Caesar salads and their self check out lines. The biggest issue here is the food system- I called ahead for a full pepperoni pizza and when I got to the food area, they had no idea where my order was. I ended up waiting another 35 minutes for them to make a full pizza. Now the pepperoni pizza was great, tons of pepperoni and the crust is favorable. Just seems pointless to order ahead pizza if it takes over an hour to pick it up.

A long time Costco customer. I have been using the pharmacy services (e.g., medicine, vaccine) with little problems. In some rare instances where I have to wait a day for special medicine at initial prescription. Refills with no problem. Great customer service always ?

Checkout lines went all the way to the freezer aisles at the back of the store. Avoid this Costco

Costco is one of my favorite places to shop not only for food, but also for cleaning and bathroom supplies, and electronics. I also get my glasses at Costco. Most Costco stores have their own pharmacies, and one secret tip is that you don't have to be a Costco member to get your prescriptions filled. On the food topic, I think that Costco meats. (beef, chicken and pork) are exceptional, both in quality and prices. I always buy butter from grassfed milk, and their Kerry gold pack cannot be better in price compared to other markets. Their multigrain bread, baked on premise and sold in a two-pack, is delicious and packed with nutrients. There is so much to like about Costco! The only criticism I can make is that sometimes they bring a great product, you tried and fall in love with it, and then it dissapears forever. For some mysterious reason, Costco decides not to stock it anymore. My second pet peeve is that almost everything is packaged in huge quantities. I live alone, and it's difficult to buy fresh produce that you know you cannot possibly consume before it goes bad, so you just don't.

I like shopping in Costco and employees are nice. But pharmacy I will not recommend to anyone. They lack customer service.
