I had an appointment. I saw a line for the appointment drop-off (members with appointments only). I followed the sign and waited there. Later, I was told to get into the lines with people trying to make purchases. It makes sense to get in line, but then I wish the sign wasn't there to confuse others.

Mastercard was not accepted as form of payment. Consider using a visa card or cash. Also, if you hold an international membership, they won't be able to renew it here, however, they still allowed me to complete my purchase and advised me to renew it once I get back to my home country.

Less than 2 hours wait. Quick and efficient workers. Less 1 star because they always put you on hold and never answer. They should have a proper receptionist just to answer the calls because of too much traffic in this location.
