I went to Costco on a Friday after work along with everyone else. There is a big storm coming this weekend so a lot of people decided to stock up. After filling my cart and checking out, I could barely move past the checkout line because the exit was jammed with people. As I was inching toward the door, an employee named Asia said "we have a problem!" and started jogging toward the door. Asia jumped in and started checking receipts along with the 2 other door clerks. It was so nice to see someone notice that there was a problem and immediately spring into action. Thanks Asia!

Conveniently located at the intersection of Route 50 & Rt. 28 in the shopping center! There is plenty of parking as it should be cause this place is always packed!! Be patient or park wayyy out to avoid any issues. The warehouse is huge and offers a plethora of products and services! TODAY, I was armed with a short list of must pick up items and for the most part I stuck with it! I almost broke from list and snagged some beautiful and fresh whole Branzino fish! I held strong though. The sampling stations are back as shoppers moved about the warehouse! It's really the place to go if you have an open mind and a boat load of money to pick up absolute needs and things that might not have been on your list! I saw a beautiful patio set that I would have snagged if I had a patio area! LOL. Seriously though, Costco has everything and more. Don't be deterred by the imaginary lines that some folks form as they are not paying attention to the real lines that are moving swiftly and effortlessly with two people working the register to scan and move folks along! If you're uncertain about the lines, go left always! Cut through the snack sections, come on the aisle side on the furtherest left and you'll be in and out! You're welcome

Costco is my go-to store for everything I need in life. The range of products they offer is astounding, and I can always count on finding high-quality protein options at amazing prices... From iconic rotisserie chicken and hot dog deals, shirataki noodles, La Colombe cold brew, books about space and dinosaurs for my baby brothers, books about young adult romance for my discerning girlfriend, plates and silverware and affordable dining sets, the only affordable eggs during the infamous egg shortage that shook the nation, Costco has it all!My undying devotion for the Costco/Kirkland brand played a significant role in my life. A couple years ago, they came out with VERY high-quality Kirkland embroidered sweatshirts. When my Filipina girlfriend saw me wearing it on my Bumble profile, she swiped right on me just to ask where she could get her own. Little did I know that this would be the start of a beautiful relationship. So, thank you Costco, for bringing us together! And THEN we also got an amazing deal for lodging in Puerto Vallarta recently through the Costco Travel program! Costco does it all!I must also give a special shoutout to Lita in the food court. She is an absolute saint and an incredibly hardworking individual. The delicious food options available at the Costco food court, combined with Lita's friendly service, make it a true gem within the store.Costco, you have my utmost appreciation and loyalty. Thank you for being the one-stop shop for all my needs and for adding that extra touch of happiness through Kirkland brand merch and free samples and wonderful staff like Lita. You truly deserve all the stars and more!

Costco's are all great but this location is both inconvenient in terms of ease of access and store layout. It takes forever to reach the parking lot due to the four way stop sign. Now with the Lidl open, it's even more hectic. The layout of the store causes mass traffic jams (i.e. food court in the middle of the line to exit). There isn't as formal of a process for checkout lines either. At Fairfax, the staff is very diligent about one line so it's abundantly clear. The staff here doesn't care and everyone cuts in the lines randomly. Need to fix that!

I had a problem with one of my hearing aids that I had purchased this past year and when I went to the Chantilly Costco Hearing Aid Center the young man was able to help me in a matter of minutes. He was going to give me an appointment for tomorrow because he was busy. However, after asking me a few questions to set up my appointment he said let me see that aid. He had it working in just a few minutes. He was pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name.

Costco is the ultimate warehouse. I opt for the executive membership for the 2% cash back. The lines are always long for gas and customer service, but they move fast.

We tend to come to this Costco most often; it is usually always packed when we go there, especially since we usually go on weekends. However, I feel as if they have more of a selection and variety than other locations. As other Costcos, they offer appliances, auto/tires, items for babies and kids, clothing, handbags, computers/printers, electronics, furniture, hardware, health and beauty products, home/decor items, jewelry/watches, office products, patio/outdoor items, items for pets, and travel/luggage items. The staff here are friendly and helpful, the customer service line moves along, and the check-out lines are directed efficiently.Plenty of parking in the lot; just watch out for the leaving vehicles from Costco gas.+helpful and efficient staff+good well-stocked selection

The Chantilly Costco is your average Costco. It offers all the basics and some variety in regards to specialty/unique items, but the location doesn't compare to other places I've been to like Fairfax or Charlottesville. It's a good place if you need standard things from the chain but nothing too remarkable otherwise.

This is just your average Costco. Not much to say about products and quality because it's the same as all the other Costcos in the nova area. I came here on a Monday afternoon around 1pm just trying to run an errand and restock on some food. It wasn't too crowded which was great, but I'm not surprised since it's a Monday afternoon. The store itself was very well stocked and there were a lot of samples available. Only thing I did not appreciate was the very pushy lady who interrupted me while I was at self checkout and wanted to separately scan my Costco card with her scanner so that she could aggressively try to have me upgrade my membership. I think I said no 3 times and she wasn't accepting my answer, so my husband chimed in and also said no a few times and she finally backed off. She even told me she saw me shop here several times. This was literally my 2nd time at this location. So, the lying and overly aggressive selling tactics were extremely annoying and borderline rude. Don't bother your customers, especially if they already say "no". I will just continue to shop at the Sterling location instead of here.

Went to this Costco location on a Wednesday just after it opened and it was busy, but was able to find parking in the lot with no issues. They had what I needed but some of the items I could find in the local supermarket for a cheaper price, if you know your prices. Some items were cheaper on the bulk packaging, like the primal kitchen mayo at 9.99 and eggs. Loved that they had the self-checkout and they had a lot of people to help out if you needed help. They also have a gas station at this location, so it is convenient to get gas here while you shop and the price is the lowest in the area, I found. Would recommend you go early and on a weekday to avoid the weekend crowds, if you could.

I’ve been really wanting to get mine and my fiancés hearing tested for a while. I was so delighted to see that Costco in Chantilly offers this. However, the guy started working on a sign to “come back later” when we walked up. You could tell he did not want to help us. We truly had to beg and be persistent to get any information on how to go about making an appointment. I understand if he was needing to go on break but he didn’t even want to help us in any manner.

Love this location always has cool new items. Parking is easy on weekdays. The layout is improved over others with the high use items like paper plates paper towers etc near the front. Amazing meat selection. We went on a Traeger 2 week run and all the prime beef brisket was amazing and a steak at 3.99/lb. Also got an awesome choice prime rib for 12.99/lb and on 4th of jury weekend they had choice Picanha! Lines move fast and service was friendly really made our VA trip fun!

Layout is nice but place is constantly packed on weekends. Beware of scammers "playing" violin in the parking lot. They had 4-5 samples out but barely any pies which was a bummer. I love their Caesar salads and their self check out lines. The biggest issue here is the food system- I called ahead for a full pepperoni pizza and when I got to the food area, they had no idea where my order was. I ended up waiting another 35 minutes for them to make a full pizza. Now the pepperoni pizza was great, tons of pepperoni and the crust is favorable. Just seems pointless to order ahead pizza if it takes over an hour to pick it up.
