I recently relocated to South Riding and needed additional storage space for my household items. There are so many choices in the self storage space that it can be a little overwhelming; however, Sam made my rental effortless, and I felt confident that I had been treated fairly and didn't overpay for my unit.
Sam was friendly and knowledgeable answering all of my questions and even telling me things I needed to know but would not have thought to ask. He made sure that I knew how to use the various access points equipment, where to find moving cars and where to park in the event it was busy.
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and will return as a customer when I need to obtain another unit.
