As a frequent shopper of CVS for years it was a welcomed change with the customer service we received during our last visit. At the start of our shopping we look and scoured for an item that was listed online but not available in the aisle. We talked with Nenna our sales rep who walked us down the aisle to look for our item. After searching Nenna walked us back to the counter and searched the item online. After those attempts was unsuccessful Nenna called her Manger Raj we searched the store goods but was still unsuccessful. As a last attempt Raj took us down the drink aisle where we found our item. The overall grace and patience displayed by Nenna and Raj was very much appreciated!Thank you guys so much!

I have 2 CVS near me and this one is in my neighborhood. I've been coming to this CVS for 20+ years. Always a great experience!!!In the last 3 years I've had to come to the pharmacy often for Covid shots for my entire family including parents, to collect my meds or my elderly neighbors or family members; I am so happy to write I've always always had an amazing experience. My meds are ready before I expect them, I get texts letting me know when I can come and get my prescriptions, they call my doctor for me to request refills and I have to say they are the absolute #BEST!!!!! Just perfect every time. Keep up the good job guys!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF PILLS THEN TELL YOU ITS YOUR FAULT!!!! CORPORATE DIDNT EVEN DO ANYTHING TO HELP!!!!! I've been using this cvs for a couple months now to get my medication refilled and this time around I counted them and I only received 29. Not 30. When I called and try to ask for help with this issue I'm told there's nothing she can do right now and she claimed she was unable to look up my records or the medication I had filled three days early at that moment. Mind you it was 7:40 pm when I finally noticed the shortage so my assumption is she was rude and couldn't care less about helping solve this problem because she was about to get off at 8. She continued to make excuses that made no sense as to why there was "nothing she could do until tomorrow." When I asked to speak to a manager she laughed and goes "I am the manager" So there my frustration turned into anger. I'm now being laughed at and made to feel small by the manager of this pharmacy because THEY CANT SEEM TO COUNT TO 30. I am beyond upset with the customer service I received. I would NEVER recommend this cvs to anyone, trusting this location with my medication is proving to be a huge mistake. This woman cared so little about trying to help me and more about getting me off the phone. I was told I'd be receiving a call back today 8/26/2022 and I'll be surprised if that actually happens. Worst part is that this woman claiming to be a manager had such little care or concern for her profession and customers. I am so beyond disappointed with cvs. UPDATE: STILL no call from anyone at cvs when I was told multiple times I'd receive a call back about a solution.

Most times for me it is an all day process to get my medications filled. The male pharmacist, not sure his name, is always so kind and helpful. Even goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need every time I am there. It is less stressful knowing that someone is there to assist me with my medications and answer all the questions I may have. Wish I knew what his name was, he deserves a raise!

They don't go by appointment times so we are waiting 30 minutes or longer for my mom's 3rd Covid vaccine! it's first come first serve. Then why do they allow for you to make online appointments??!!

The lady in the pharmacy, Hyekyong, was extremely short and rude! The card swipe wasn't working initially, which I'll admit was probably due to user error. She snatched my card from me, swiped it, and threw it down on the counter. No exaggeration! I will definitely be switching pharmacies after this experience. The restrooms at this location were also the pits!!

CVS is a great place to go when you need a lot of random things. They have sleeping pills when you are having trouble falling asleep. They have caffeine pills When you are having trouble staying awake! They have a decent alcohol section and a decent snack section and a decent frozen food section. Plus, they have a pretty great rewards program that can save you a lot of money. If you have the time and patience to shopping individual stores you'll probably get better deals elsewhere, but when you just need various food and medical items, CVS is the one-stop-shop to go to. They also have a good program monthly, you get $10 want to join the program. They have a lot of late night items, and this is a good place to look for anything you can because the store is open 24 seven

Pick up your phone!!! Ive called in 3 times to cancel a prescription but every time I call there is a 1 hour hold and they still wouldn't answer. I understand its covid time but 1 hour wait time in a pharmacy call is ridiculous! Atleast pick up the call and tell the customer the approximate wait time( even if its 2 hours) and we will wait by not holding off on other things.

This is possibly the worst CVS service I have ever experienced. I understand that this location is performing COVID-19 testing through their drive-thru, but that does not mean I should be waiting in a line for over an hour when there are only 5 cars in front of me.

Worst CVS ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every time when I go there they don't let me use my coupons!If you have basic question(s) you have to spend extra 30 minutes!if you're stopping by at that place plan or add extra time! Talking with staff?! Forget about it! Forget about customer service! No cashier at all! It looks like a ghost place. But they are watching you, you will see the mirror spot corner side of the place! ( they are busy talking with cellphone) do not waste your time. Great location but not the right workers! I just read the reviews about that spot. Am I right? Oh yeah. Zero star. Actually less then zero star! If I have a change to give you minus (-5)!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of CVS for several years. Lately every time I go they don't let me use my coupons. Apparently someone else is using my phone number for another account. I have had the same number for 20 years. Instead of being accommodating and let me use the coupons that come to MY HOUSE that manager repeatedly told me to call corporate. This is not my problem. And it should be able to be fixed in the store. If she was more helpful I wouldnt be mad. So I left the unpurchased products and coupons for her to deal with. I will never shop at CVS again.

I was generous in giving one star. On several occasions I have been stunned at the degree of ineptitude exhibited by employees. Lack of ability to think and figure things out must be a requirement to work at this store. Talking to staff is exhausting; plan to spend extra time when picking up prescriptions as staff will require assistance and extra time to complete simple tasks. To avoid disappointment- forget about customer service; it will not be provided. I do not recommend.
