The flowers were delivered by two under aged girls.
The lilies in the bouquet were old and had a strong oder as if they were sprayed? Had to be thrown away.
The " plush animal" I paid for was NOT like the picture...
My wife hasn't tasted the off brand " champagne" can't wait!
Lol... I paid big bucks for this delivery. She took it well, but I was seriously let down.
Dealt with FloraQeen for years... Only one issue. Come on guys make this right please and I'll drop this review.

We ordered twice and both deliveries were outstanding. Amazing communication especially since both orders went to Germany. Very Customized gifts were ordered, customer support went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes and did NOT disappoint. Thank you for making my parents and us very happy customers. We will always order again.

I’ve been ordering from this business overseas deliveries since 2022. I haven’t experienced any issues with timing or quality. Their response time is impeccable, goods are of great quality and the pricing is within market for deliveries overseas. Definitely recommend!

I am very pleased with Cyber- Florist. I ordered flowers and gifts twice from Canada to Croatia and both times their service exceeded my expectations. First time I placed the order one day prior to the event so the delivery went smoothly and in time, but what impressed me was the fact that Croatian florist wrote my message on the card by hand in Cyrillic letters the way I filled out the space online!!! I was so touched by this gesture, they could’ve asked me to translate it and I would have done it without hassle, but instead they went a long mile to make everything perfect… ?
The second time was today and I absolutely forgot about the event and remembered only on the day of the birthday. I still placed the order, although it was rather late in Croatia due to time difference. They advised me that it is probably too late to be delivered on the same day, which was understandable and ok. However!!! They delivered this beautiful arrangement two hours after the order was placed!!! I am speechless, I never expected this service to be so efficient.
I will definitely recommend Cyber-Florist to everyone and thank you for giving a little bit of happiness to my family and friends. ???

I ordered 3 of the same orchid to go to 3 different countries and asked for a photo be taken as proof of delivery and to see what the real plant looked like. This was an option they offered. 2 of the 3 were not photographed and I had to ask mulitiple times for the one that was. Though the delivery was timely and their prices were reasonable I will not use them again.

These are guys were amazing. I only had a vague uzbek delivery address with no phone number of the recipient. But cyber-florist managed to find the recipient and deliver the order. And the delivered items were the finest quality. Highly recommended. Thank you team Cyber-florist

Did not have a good experience with this company. Sent flowers to a close friend in Brazil, which included a vase, bear, and chocolates. When they delivered it, it was missing the vase which was a big part of the presentation of the order. The florist in Brazil said they were not told about a vase. I contacted Cyber-Florist and been lied too multiple times. Ones, they said they had to order it, and it would be delivered the next day. It was not, I asked again, they said they attempted and no one was home (which isn't true), and then next, they said attempted again, no one was home and left with neighbor. They were home both days, they have no neighbor named what they said. So she finally called the florist that delivered the original order and they said they haven't heard from Cyber-florist at all, and never attempted any deliveries. After going back and forth, I did finally get them to refund the vase. Be warned, this company will lie. I will find another business to do my business with next time.
