Never ever use the counter to order and pick up. It. Will cost you an entire day waiting. Instead order online and pick up at will call or have it shipped. Not worth an hour waiting to be attended when there’s 3 customers in the entire store.

If you are delivering here you had better check your appointment time... Made a delivery which loaded 5:00 on Monday morning, show up same day, (it was 140 mile haul with May 9 9:00-14:00 delivery time on BOL...) and receiver tells me to politely "get bent" for lack of appointment "24 hours in advance." This company isn't even open on Sundays... After brief questioning which was answered by "not my problem" truck was rejected. After numerous phone calls and one cancelled load costing the truck $3000.00 Dominion Electric decided they'd accept the shipment that day. After unloading receiver tells me "it's the shipper's responsibility to make that appointment..." But it cost me $3k... I will sell my truck before I haul to this establishment nor from Niagara Bottling ever again.

as a contractor with an account, this place charges 200% more than their competition such as dulles electric and rexel. i was charged $213 for a $90 circuit breaker, don't waste your time.

We recently renovated our kitchen. The staff at Dominion Electric Supply went above and beyond to make sure our vision was brought to life. Catherine worked tirelessly with us, listening to our ideas and bringing her own personal & professional experience and insight to the table. She offered high end designer level consults and was always on hand to answer questions and guide us through our concerns. Not only did we get exactly what we wanted, we even added some extras to maximize our new kitchen's potential. Visiting in-store was always a delight. Our three young girls were always mesmerized by the abundant beautiful fixtures throughout and Catherine always made sure to engage them, point out the "sparkly" ones and provide coloring books and crayons while we discussed options. We always felt very welcome at the store - a familiar, small-town atmosphere, with a showroom to knock your socks off. We highly recommend Dominion Electric Supply to anyone looking for outstanding options delivered with stellar customer service. A thoroughly stress free, fun experience! And the results speak for themselves. We love our new kitchen and Dominion will be our go-to in the future.

Unfortunately I've been coming to this location for over 10 years and I always have the same experience. So much waiting and so much wasted time. They should call this location Molasses electrical supply. Take your business elsewhere if you can. They have a huge selection but they will waste your time. In fact, im waiting in line right now to place an order and I have enough time to write this review and still no one is at the counter. There is a growing line of sighing people behind me and the wait keeps on going. Eventually the person who took my order was very professional (John), but the wait beforehand is typical of this location. Other electrical supply houses will definitely give you quicker service. Is it that hard to be acknowledged when you walk in even if you have to wait your turn?

ZERO STARS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. I wholeheartedly agree with one of the other posts . If I could leave a ZERO star I would. After purchasing a chandelier back on March 9th at the showroom, we received the chandelier to find a broken piece. It has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE trying to get this resolved. The person that helped, Sarah , left the company. The new person, VICTORIA doesnt know what she is doing and should be fired! I get a call today from Tamara ACCUSING me that i ordered the wrong piece and blah blah blah. Waiting a call from Amanda. I am going to rip this chandelier down and sue them if this is not resolved ASAP. Beautiful chandeliers. Very Expensive. If you have an issue or problem, you are screwed.!!!! Would love to hear from the owner...

There one person that i know will try to ruin my day every time I go here. If I could leave zero stars I would. But if i didn't have to come in contact with this guy my rating would be a 5 I'm sure. I visit this location several times a week
