We had such a great experience at Drive Auto Repair in Chantilly! From the moment we walked in, Alex at the front office was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave honest recommendations, and kept us updated throughout the process.
Frans the technician is the best and kind man. The service was quick, the prices were fair, and we left feeling confident our car was in great hands.

Always great service at Driven Auto Repair! I had to get some transmission repair done to one of my vehicles. Driven advised me that the diagnosis and repair could take a few days so they me a free loaner to drive while the repair was being done. Most shops don't offer that service, very pleased with Driven Auto Repair!

I waited 3 months to post my review and had to edit the review because my car has the same codes that came on today. I paid over 4000 dollars to have it fixed and the codes came back on and I called the shop to let them know and the mechanic said might not be covered under warranty. ??

The people that work here do really good work. They are very honest and they make sure your car is fix right on the first time you bring it in for service. I am very happy with them.

Kept car 2 or 3 days to check out transmission. Found nothing, charged me $156 and gave no explanation when I pick it up. Strange because previous service had been very good.

Franz And the team at driven Chantilly were more than amazing. I don’t normally say this about car shops, but these guys were courteous and very helpful every step of the way I went to get a rental while my car was getting fixed, and I mentioned it to the agent at enterprise and the first thing he said to me was driven is where him and his family take their cars and said they are more than amazing. I felt good hearing that since this was the first time bringing my car to them, but will definitely not be the last thank you for being honest and professional.

My truck broke down while traveling for work. Driven was the closest shop. Tow truck got me there right at closing time but they stayed late and called me at 7 with a plan for the morning. They jumped on it the next morning and called again with a detailed diagnosis and price. I was back in the road by 1:00 pm.

Franz and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I brought my van to then after another shop said that y van needed a rear main seal and Franz checked it out and diagnosed the real problem. Thanks for your honesty and integrity.
