They failed my inspection so I took it to a different, local, very reputable garage in our area, and it passed. Complete BS fail. It’s such a shame, this used to be a great local trusted garage. Terry was a great guy and now it’s no longer that, not even close. Beware.

DO NOT get state inspection at this location:
according to the manager whom vaguely stated why my car failed inspection front marker light and parking light need replacement. I was quoted the amount of 130.00 as according to the manager the bumper must come off, agrees as this would be time consuming.
Surprisingly my car was done in less 20 min
I am sure bumper was never removed and here is a scam on car working perfectly and money hungry mechanic and manager got me so good.
You should never hand these guys your car, but if you must, before approaching the shop, let them see u taking pictures and video of All of your lights, indicators, marker lights then when they come out to give you nonsense just show them the video and question them about their diagnosis.

Why not coming back:
Mechanic at BMW dealer tells me all tires and brakes are good to pass inspection , but engine mount needs work. Shop Didn’t have the time same day. Took the car to this Exxon near my home as the dealer is far from me. 3 tires and breaks did not pass. Not sure who to believe , BMW or Exxon. I don’t believe BMW dealer was cutting me a slack….you know how dealers’ service center are

Oil change is over $100. 😱 It took over 2 hours. They don't have the oil filter in stock, and the female manager didn't tell me until I asked her after an hour. At first, she said it would take 30 min or so.

So disappointed! I dropped my car at 7:am for the inspection! The kind gentleman said that it ll be done by 12:00! I go by at 5 pm: Surprise: the car was not done! The rude blond girl said there was a big line that no one mentioned when I dropped my car off 10 hours prior! I customer service went downhill in no time!!

There is not one negative thing I can say about Breanne and her team . I failed state isption for Leaking racket pinion assembly and broken exhaust pipe. Breeanne the service manager went way above and beyond her call of duty. She showed me ways I could save some money. And she got the parts as quickly as possible. My truck is an old style F-150 some parts are hard to find but
Breeanne still got the parts to the garage as soon as possible.
The mechanics got to work as soon as the parts arrived. I'm sending my family and friends to her shop anytime . She is very knowledgeable about cars and her the team is very friendly and helpful. Quality and safety is what they are all about not quantity.

I have been coming here for over 20yrs! Under new management, I was skeptical, but Breeanne was incredible. She spent more time than any worker should with me as the customer. I came in to do work with repair pal and she did all she could do to make it right for me. Will go back warranty work or not!

I came to get an Inspection this past Sunday. A few cars were waiting.
The Inspector was very Courteous.
The Manager Breeanne was very caring and explained to me why my vehicle failed.
She gave me Good Recommendations on what to Fix.
She has Outstanding Customer service.
I highly recommend this Inspection Station.

These guys are clowns. Their QR code for Walmarts Plus discount are fuzzy and won't scan. Guy inside and the guy said they didn't participate. First you have the signs on your pump. Second, THE GUY WAS WEARING A BLUE WALMART AND EXXON SHIRT ADVERTISING THE DISCOUNT.
