Packages arrive to this warehouse and then sit there for days. About 50 percent of my parcels arrive on time from from FedEx in NoVa. My delivery made it to the Chantilly warehouse on Saturday; it's now out for delivery this Tuesday.

The FedEx drivers in my area (Vienna, VA) consistently leave my high value packages dumped on the grass (often in wet weather) near a community mailbox area, instead of delivering packages to the front door at my residence.This is why I don’t use FedEx anymore, and if I must accept a FedEx delivery, I end up using their app to divert that delivery to a FedEx office location across town.If their management and drivers want smaller and fewer routes, I’d say they’re well on their way with this kind of mediocre service provision.

2 years missing deliveries,They ignore the second floor, leaving a tag while people in their offices on the second floor, you can call and give them all the correct info and they will fail again every single time. They do not learn and they play tricks and lie on top of everything.Horrible customer service over all. I would give zero stars but the system won't allow it.

This place isn't officially open to the public. However a package was misdirected here. I barely was able to catch it before it was sent back and lost forever. But they were very accommodating about retrieving my package and giving it to me.

My package arrived Chantilly location on Monday and still I have not received the delivery. No communication , no update on my new estimate delivery . I’m stuck with them. Today we had 31 boxes of clothing dumped in our parking lot. The driver did not come in the building. We have had trouble with this particular driver before when he damaged our fence.The customer service to resolve the problem is disconnected. The client service dept has not way to find out the who and what of the situation. Has no way to send someone back to fix the situation or to take disciplinary action with the driver. I suspect this is why this sort of thing is happening.

I signed up for text notifications for my delivery. I get a text saying that the delivery attempt failed. We were home the whole time. Noone knocked on our door or rang the door bell. So, I screen through our camera feed and no fedex delivery driver came to our door, nor did a FedEx truck even drive by.This has happened several times now. These guys are almost as bad as the USPS.

Fedex managed to deliver an expensive piece of furniture I purchased to a random place in Sterling because the driver failed to be able to read an address and zip code correctly. The furniture was effectively given to a random person for free.Additionally, if you contact their sales representatives via phone call they will lie to you saying your package was retrieved when in reality nothing was done and they cant locate the package after 5 days. They of course will not contact you when they fail to do their job- you will have to contact them yourself multiple times and speak to multiple employees.Billion dollar company btw. Seems to be an on going issue with this location based on other reviews. Use UPS if you can.
