The person that unloaded the bundles of insulation from my trailer needs more training in counting offloaded product. Arrived at next stop with 16 extra bundles, and I know it wasn't a shipper miscount.

These guys treated me really well, I thought that I needed a fan motor but didn’t, and even tho it was A nonreturnable part as I didn’t have an account, they still allowed my return without making it a big deal. They really impressed me with the way they handled it, as we all as customers dread bad encounters. I will definitely give them my business again when the need arises.

Don't bother going there if you are a "lowly" homeowner trying to save some $ by doing things yourself. They won't sell you anything without an account. J*** policy.

Delivered coils here and everyone was courteous and professional. Lot kind of tight but have definitely dealt with worse.

Drivers are going to kill somebody on the road. I suggest you check, recheck credentials, then train, and train some more. Swerving lane to lane without checking blind spots and nearly running drivers off the road. This is unacceptable.
