Theresa helped us and she was amazing. She knows her product lines and is very helpful. She offers her opinions but she is pushy.
She spent a lot of time with me, asked great questions and was very patient.
I highly recommend Theresa is you are building or remodeling.

Called in to check the status of the order. So called “Customer relation manager” Whitney was rude and condescending on the phone. Definitely not recommend this store.

Not only I but everyone in my team hates walking into this place. Always have to wait sometimes very long time. Everyone working here seems to not care and have better things to do attitude . This visit I called for a part was told on the phone $17 and change. I get to location to pickup the part and I was told $54 and change. I have driven 45 minutes to pick up my part. I explained to person at cash register I was told it was $17ish he called over I guess counter manager James. James looked at screen and looked at me and said no chance. I quickly looked up the part on google and showed it to him it was $17-27 List showing.James gives this I don’t give a S**t face and said go buy it from them.I don’t think Ferguson as a whole understands how much money they are losing by treating trade customers like this. I did not like I don’t care attitude and Customer Service but now I’ll make a point to avoid giving my business to them. I don’t think they realize there are many other options around. Thomas Somerville,north eastern, Veemac, and many other places will be happy to have my business

Kept me waiting for more than 3 months for a part I paid for, never called me back to update. Finally had to ask for refund.Terrible customer service at the sales counter. Find a different supplier.
