I was really surprised when I called today to ask for a copy of the receipt of a faucet I bought with them, which is under warranty, and the operator told me that they do not keep copy of receipts for more than one year. She didn’t even try to suggest a solution. Very bad customer service!

I went into the showroom to purchase 4 appliances-- total over $20k. had to make appointment. came back with appointment with Jon. He was unable to show me any of the appliances but said he could order. said he would send me a quote. that was over a week ago. Going elsewhere. Looks like my experience is not isolated. Very poor customer seevice

Matt who helped me was very helpful! I had gotten my previous faucet for bathroom from here a couple years ago and I really liked it. Although they didn't have my info in their database any longer he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The hose is a little smaller on my dual shower head but I can live with it. Yes it is a little more expensive than Lowe's or Home Depot but sometimes you need that extra quality

Worst customer service ever, after spending more than 200k at Ferguson for our new house construction, they refused to replace our brand new none functional washer and dryer.... please don't let your builder buy anything from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE FERGUSON at all. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had. We built a custom home and were recommended Ferguson for our appliances, lighting, and plumbing. We spent well over 100K. We moved in on 2/23/23 and have not had an operational washer and dryer since then. They sent GE out to fix it and was told that the machines were 4 years old by the GE technician. Furthermore, the washer was leaking and the tech said it was because it was overloaded. I ran another very light load after he left and it continued to leak. The dryer stopped working after one load and made a horrible sound. GE was sent out again to check the dryer and this time the technician pulled out an article of clothing that did not belong to me out of the fan. He said he had never seen this before nor did he know how the clothing got there. Any normal business at this point would take back their "BRAND NEW" appliances and offer a refund or replacement. Ferguson has done neither. They continue to ghost my messages and have left me with an inoperable laundry with no resolution or care for their customer. I will be pursing legal action at this point as they clearly do not care about their clients or customer service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE IS SO MUCH COMPETITION IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA DO NOT GO HERE!

Yesterday I was in a panic trying to find a plumbing part for a job in process. Dry wall installation to start today at 9 am and I can’t locate a shower trim (on back order or otherwise) that works with the Kohler shower valve about to be covered by dry wall. After a rather unpleasant conversation with the Ferguson customer service 800 line the day before, out of desperation, I decide to give it another try. It IS the INDIVIDUAL people that make or break a company.By shear luck and/or good karma, I get connected to JUAN PEREZ in Chantilly, Virginia. Juan patiently listens to my situation and calmly works through the issues and various solutions with me, for an HOUR. And when I say patiently and calmly, I mean his wonderful demeanor was constant and reassuring. Shower trims and valves are not the simple ones they used to be and I’m looking for simple for the installed valve - one lever does it all: on/off/hot/cold/and in between.As I’m about to jump in the car and go to the trade zone to get a different valve to replace the installed one, Juan calls back and he has found the “Magic Trim.” Not only do we have a part number, the part is actually in stock in the right finish.I guess i should’ve played the lottery last night but I certainly won one with Juan!Thank you Juan. You are what stellar customer service is all about.

This place is great, they always seem to have what I need. Lines can be long at their supply store in back but the service is spot on. The showroom is spectacular.

You couldn't get a less caring unprofessional team at this showroom. Kerry who used to work here, was great. Actually cared about what he did and had great customer service. The staff now barely wanted to help and the young lady who stared at me like I had 2 heads when I asked if she could help me with something was more concerned about leaving at 5 than answering a simple question. Unfortunately my husband heard the conversation and decided he preferred to support another business since the staff was more concerned about their phones and screens. Will update with a name of the lady and young man that could have cared less to help. There are plenty of other places to shop at, especially with all the online shops.

Matt was very helpful picking out the right shower, and placing a complicated order. Will never buy online or from a big box store again - learned my lesson! Very grateful for their assistance.

I don't like coming here during the rush times which are early mornings and lunchtime. I do like that their employees seem to know their stuff and are helpful. It's definitely on the more expensive side versus my usual plumbing supplier but they seem to be better stocked.

Large and really nice selection of upgrade appliances for your home renovation. Yet, my favorite part of this store is the amazing lamp selection they got. Will be back for a couple of lamps in the future.

We went to this place on recommendation from our contractor. We went to the we site and did not see that we needed an appointment. We just wanted a shower fixture and a a vanity and toilet. We left because no one seemed interested in helping us. They had a bunch of people on the floor but they seemed disinterested. I rarely write reviews but I would steer clear clear of this company. Snotty and seem to have enough business that they don't need my business

Great helped. I was lost looking for plumbing supplies. Ended up at HVAC Ferguson. So they told where to go upon arrival I went thru the show room. They said okay. Great understanding
